I’ve been getting my hair cut here for about a year and Lucy is amazing! I have long, thick, curly, frizzy hair and her dry haircuts are fantastic every time. I get so many compliments on several different cuts she’s done for me. She is the Queen of layered haircuts. Prices are very reasonable too. I highly recommend this salon especially Lucy!

Jax at Salon 56 is amazing. She listens to your needs and wants for your hair and skin and walks the client through the process. Her skill and talent gets the client to their desired goals. My hair is long and think and she whipped it into shape adjusts treatments to what my hair needs, not to what is easier. The pricing is extremely reasonable and their appointment system is easy and awesome. I really enjoy working with Salon 56.

How, exactly, is walking in and having all of the stylists busy poor customer service? Walk-ins welcome simply means that you’re welcome to walk-in without an appointment. It doesn’t guarantee that one will be available right that minute. It’s too bad that some people post reviews cluelessly. That being said, I can say that I have never received bad service by my «hair-wife», Michelle at Salon 56. I have had the pleasure of being her«hair-husband» for coming up on 18 years now. We’ve known each other longer than we have known our respective spouses and I’ve had to let my hair grow a little extra long through the birth of all three of her kids. If you’re looking for someone that is amazing, go see Michelle(assuming she’s taking new clients). She’s worth every minute of the nearly ½ hour it takes to drive from my house to see her.

We stopped because the sign said walk ins welcome. We were greeted by a stylist who was on her phone. Told her I needed a haircut. She asked every stylist and no one said they could help us. Poor customer service.
