Scruggs Farm Lawn & Garden

I would not order ANYTHING on line from this company. Read the «fine print» — they do not guarantee what is listed on line is inventory… and when you find out the product you ordered isn’t available, you can find the same item online showing a higher price. I called and was informed my order was not expected until February. After finding the boots at Drysdales, I went to cancel my order… only to find out they had already processed a credit and NEVER informed me. Horrible customer service.
If they cannot invest in an online inventory system, maybe they shouldn’t offer this type of service.
I would never order anything from this company again.

Scruggs Farm, Lawn, and Garden Home Improvement Warehouse was founded in 1973. Their early products were farm chemicals, feed, fertilizer, farm equipment and parts, and many items for lawn and garden. In the ‘90s they added the John Deere line of products.
They moved to their current location in 2005 where they sell and service the John Deere line of products, and sell products for just about everything you can imagine even toys and clothing.
It’s like going to Tractor Supply, Pet Smart and Lowe’s in one stop. You can find anything from jeans, jewelry, western style and work boots, plaid shirts, paint, lawnmowers, appliances, saddles, pet food, pool and spa, and gardening needs.
Of course there are 4 wheelers, mini bikes, go carts, hunting and fishing supplies.
They have an online store, just making it easier to do your Christmas shopping, especially for the John Deere logo fan… it is on clocks, toys, shirts, signs, mugs, yadda yadda yadda.

My first visit and loved this place! It has everything. We were told if you ever go to Tupelo to make sure to go to Scruggs. Yes it is a Lawn and Garden store but it has so much more. clothing, sporting goods, feed, home décor, tractors and parts. It is well worth a trip. You never know what you’ll find in this store! I won’t make a trip to Tupelo without stopping here again during my visit!

Thieves! I ordered something from them on ¹²⁄₂₀. My credit card was charged but I never received the item. They have ignored my phone calls and emails. I had to call my credit card to have the charges reversed. I do not appreciate being stolen from!
Update: After posting this they called and refunded my money and sent the item for free. Bumped from 1 to 2 stars

Only getting 1 star since there is no choice for 0 ordered boots for my husband here and two weeks later im wondering where they are. So my husband calls and come to find out they emailed an email that went to my spam so i didnt know saying they dont have them in stock and wont get anymore. Then why the hell do you advertise them? And instead of refunding my money back once they realized this we had to call and ask for it back. Talk about SCAM CENTRAL! I also just read a review on google saying it took the persons order 3 months to get to them. Save your money and go somewhere else. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE ABSOLUTE BAD IDEA!

An old US Service friend of mine, a real cowboy from Montana wore Tony Lama boots anytime he wasn’t in uniform. He had several pair and would let me wear them too. Searching the web I came across this Scruggs site and they sell Tony Lama boots. I bought a pair and they arrived in about 5 days. Scruggs was $ 50 off the reugular price and had free shipping. These made in the USA boots are great looking and what a super value from Scruggs. I will shop them again for other western wear and garden needs.

I attempted to do business with this company, but was unsuccessful.
I placed an online order with them for 2 different pairs of boots at 9 AM. Their website indicated they had the boots in stock. At 7 PM, they sent me an email stating that in fact they didn’t have either pair of boots in stock. They don’t have their stock correct on their website and they waited an entire day to notify me of that.
Net, this company isn’t ready to conduct eCommerce. Their customer service leaves much to be desired as well.
I wouldn’t recommend wasting your time with them. I certainly won’t again.
