I have been less than satisfied by the service here. I ordered business cards the week before a conference and found out that they would be finished within 24 hours which was great. I approved the proof as everything was correct and came by at the end of the day to pick up the order. To my dismay, my web address — specifically my name — was spelled wrong on my business cards. I asked to have it fixed and came back the next day. This time, an entirely different email address was on my business cards. The salesperson I spoke to was very blasé and said she would have someone take care of it later. Usually FedEx locations are quick and responsive. I know there are plenty of things that can go wrong on custom orders, but a little customer service goes a long way to remedy things.
