Bulverde Oaks

I got news… this place is the best apartment in the North San Antonio area!
We started the day looking at Bulverde Oaks and immediately fell in love with the property. And not just the property but the management team as well!
After spending a day looking at multiple apartments still just to feel confident of the decision we realized that nothing else really stacked up!
The units are updated with floor plans that make sense and don’t have a bunch of wasted space. The kitchen honestly is what makes the unit, beautiful counter tops, lots of space, and a great sing and faucet. I know its a small detail but for any amateur chef, its a dream kitchen for an apartment. Bathrooms are really nice and large closest’s add on to the greatness that this apartment is!
The facility is wonderful as well, they have bikes to rent, and they don’t look like theyre falling apart. Theyre TREKS. The pool is a really great area to hang out, with a tv and cable outside it’s going to be great for any outdoor cooking you’ll want to do. Gym is spacious, lots of room, good machines, its one of the better apartment gyms ive seen.
The nice part about this property is you feel like you are in colorado, it’s got a woodsy vibe and beautiful stone and tree’s that are young but still large enough that it doesn’t look empty.
But the BEST part is the management, both the property manager and the assistants are just the friendliest people. Super helpful, very honest, and dedicated to making sure you have a good experience.
My best friend is the one moving in here, but these apartments make me want to move to San Antonio!

Great apartments! 2 dogs parks that are great nice rooms and the staff is ok but could be better. They don’t really go above and beyond like they could. Busy street noise but the apartment is beautiful.
