Sadly this«luxury» apartment is not luxurious. We found the Towers by driving around and it looked the part but feel short very quickly when the apartment started falling down around us with constant repairs, trash and pet poop everywhere. The leasing staff will say anything to get you to sign your lease and afterwards you would lucky to get any repairs done on a «new» apartment. The quality of building material is cheap and something always needs repaired weekly. The insulation is horrible and you can hear everything from your neighbors. There is too much to list that is going wrong here and the fact the leasing manager doesn’t follow up with you when you have a legitimate concern should be an indicator. Very disappointed and will not refer another family here.

After this experience I will never rent an apartment again. They do random inspections and snoop around without any notice like its a college dorm. The manager insulted me for not choosing to buy a house. They lied about the features of the apartment and the insulation is horrible. My neighbors wake me up early almost every morning. Can’t wait to leave.

Lived here for 5 months now… absolutely love the super modern looking apartments… very affordable, great views, awesome pool, weight room, tanning bed. Taylor the manager is always very nice and helpful. Never had any problems with the matenance or staff. For the money I think it’s by far the best place around. Best regards Donnie

I can tell you right now, we made a mistake in signing a lease here. The day we moved in, we had a suitcase full of work uniforms stolen after sitting for five minutes in the hallway while we were inside our unit situating boxes. We reported it to management and later the police. Management didn’t even apologize or seem surprised about the incident. We were lied to upon signing the initial lease contract about several things, one of them being the use of the gym. It’s been five months and the gym is finally completely available for use. The leasing agent Ryan lied about a lot of things to get us to sign the contract. There were no mail boxes for us to even receive mail when we moved in, therefore we lost a lot of important mail as we were transitioning from California. Thankfully, when our mail was returned to California our landlord piled what she could into a box and shipped it to the address of a relative who saved it for us. There were no dumpsters for months,…and months. The walls are like tissue paper. If your neighbors are having guests over, be prepared to be up all night. The showers don’t have hot water, just warm water. Forget about taking a hot bath. The water will be ice cold by the time the tub fills, every time. Management is just the worst. But, be nice to them because they all live on property, AKWARD! And the same property management runs The Mansions as well. These agents all talk to each other and they all suck. I found out that a leasing agent from the Mansions was going through our file because she knows a mutual person from my husbands company. Talk about creepy, unprofessional and illegal. The pool FINALLY opened after 6 months of us living here.(Ryan said it would be open within a month after we moved in.) The place is pretty to look at, from far away. Almost everything has had to be redone inside the apartments because of how cheaply they were built: the flooring the breezeways, the windows. A couple of weeks ago, I woke up at 5am for work and in the dark stepped into a huge puddle of water on the bathroom floor. There was a leak coming from the ceiling. It took two days of work and four days later before things were back to normal and they didn’t even offer a break on the rent or an apology! I dislike this place so much. There are elevators for the sake of being able to say, ‘there are elevators.’ They’re pointless. Slow, still outside and not always working. For gods sake, this place doesn’t even have a fax machine to use in the office. They’ve been saying since we moved in that ‘it’s down.’ Well, then I would have to assume they just aren’t getting one and they’re just blowing me off. We can’t wait to move out of here.
