Stay here for a week for business. The front desk clerks are awesome they do a great job taking care of the guest. Only bad thing I have to say about this place is the walls are very thin so you can hear people walk one floor above you beds are comfy breakfast is OK so overall not bad

We stayed here for 2 nights & were very pleased. The staff were especially friendly & helpful. Location was great, with a Walmart just down the street among other things. Room was very clean & comfortable, and updated(unlike other hotels we’ve recently stayed at). Wifi wasn’t the greatest but worked ok. We were on the top floor so we didn’t have people above us, but we were right next to the elevators. We never heard any noise from outside our doors so the walls must be much thicker than those at the last place we stayed. The breakfast was nice with a very spacious dining area. I really appreciated that they had some healthy choices like Chobani yogurt, fresh fruit, and oatmeal. They even had walnuts & raisins you could add to it. Coffee was also delicious!

In SA for work for a week; booked here as Staybridge Suites was unavailable for the dates. Chose a king suite with an in-room jacuzzi. Nice room, bathroom, jacuzzi tub. Nice staff. Good variety at breakfast served at 6 – early enough for me to grab something before work. My complaint is this: IT’s VERYNOISY! Hotel is very poorly insulated for sound between rooms and between floors. It sounds like a herd of horses directly above my room at all hours. Room doors SLAM rather than close slowly. Every slamming door above and adjacent to me is LOUD. Loud enough to awaken despite A/C running continuously and a white noise machine on high. Conversations from hallways and above are audible. Toilets flushing and showers running above and adjacent are clearly heard. This will prevent me from recommending the place and from staying here again.

I’m a seasoned traveler and for my money I would like to say that this is a good place to stay on a budget w kids. We fit 7 into a 2 bedroom suite comfortably and still had lots of space to where we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. This suite also had plenty of tables and best of all a tv for the kids and one for us adults!

Pretty solid hotel. Very clean, nice and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room had every thing you needed. Mini fridge flat screen tv and a bed that didn’t make a bunch of noise or have a spring hitting you in the back. they also have a nice little pool and hot tub in front which is nice to hang out at after a long day. their breakfast is a buffet but its really more like a continental breakfast with a little up grade. not bad though. i would def come back and stay here again. It’s also very convenient. It’s right in between down town and sea world. So it worked out great for us. i had it at 4 stars but I’m taking away one because of the price. i thought I was paying about 90 a night but ended up paying 110 a night. which is a little steep considering I went through and thought I was getting a deal. not that great of a deal if you ask me. i really had no problem with anything else except the bill. i guess I better go over all these damn taxes and crap before I book it.

We stayed here with a 5&7yr old and one family member in a wheelchair. This Hotel was very nice and clean. It felt really luxurious. The staff was VERY friendly. We requested a handicap accessible room and it was one of the biggest nicest handicap rooms I’ve ever stayed in. The roll in shower had a fold down padded bench which was perfect. The bathroom was large enough for a wheel chair to do a full circle inside. The sheets in the room felt very crisp and clean and they even had different pillows to choose from, they were marked on the pillow cases firm or soft. The bed was very comfortable a good balance, just firm enough but still a little soft. I highly recommend this hotel. The Continental breakfast was good and had a lot of variety. There were hot and cold food options and plenty of different baked goods. They also had many different juices to choose from and the coffee was good too. It was winter time so we didn’t use the pool but it looked a little small so if you’re a pool person that might be the only disappointment. I saw no sign of bed bugs as mentioned in other posts. I am very paranoid about bed begs though so I kept everything off the floor just in case because that just comes with the territory when staying in hotels. This hotel was located on the access road of the highway so it’s a great location, easy to get to anywhere in San Antoinio quickly. Room Tip: There are a few different types of handicap accesible rooms so ask questions and be specific about your needs so they can help get you the right room.
