The service was great, the food took maybe 25 minutes; but hey quality takes takes time and it was great. They music Playlist was nice and relaxing gave the place a happy atmosphere.

I went the last sunday for breakfast (and it became lunch) the wait was almost 30 minutes, I have been in another locations as crowded as this one and I had never wait too long. When we finally got our table I ordered coffee and I received just half cup and no teaspoon after about 15 minutes the rest of the coffee finally came, in the meantime we ordered our meals and they came about 45 minutes before!!! with 5 minutes or more between dishes, so we didn’t have all our full order together. I saw the waitresses touching the food of other people to see if it was still hot. I won’t come back to that location.

Perhaps it’s «International House of Pancakes» because they have to bring the food from across the globe… this is our third trip, and final, and another one hour wait for pancakes. And no, that doesn’t include the time we waited for the table. Seriously?

This location is kindof small but the service is great. The staff is always friendly and polite. The restraunt is clean and organized.

I haven’t been to an IHOP in years! What a great experience. I remember when I was little loving the Blueberry syrup, yes they still have it and I was transported! I was greeted by the energetic Lita and she served me fabulously. No morning zombies here! Food was excellent and hit the spot. Thanks IHOP for the memories. I will be back

Some minor change of plans in our party size threw off the staffs mood completely! They started acting so rude towards our party of 8, we had to move the tables ourselves and the messed up on three orders. When asked to correct it they gave us attitude.

I ordered an Bacon Temptation Omelette and boy talk about Heaven on Earth. What’s not to love — they had me at 6 strips of bacon and my mouth was watering like a dehydrated dog on a summer afternoon here in TX. Make sure you request salsa with it and they have the good stuff — it’s not the bland, overly tomato-​y salsa. It’s just the right amount of spice and if you want to to make it even better pour some jalapeño juice in there and maybe a couple of finely diced jalapeños. Service was fast — they had it just about ready as I pulled up and I was promptly greeted and rang out. Great job guys and compliments to the chef!

It was a nice place, they were able to accommodate a group of 20 in a matter of 20 minutes which was very great especially because it was during a rush hour. Our food did take a little bit more than an hour to get, but it was understood because of the amount of people that were there. My food did come out slightly cold and not very appealing. It was good over all. I had chicken and waffles. I recommend this location to large groups that call in ahead.

Very agitated to walk in and wait to be seated while workers are sitting at the entrance and a couple talking on the side. Needless to say we walked out! You shouldn’t have to wait to be acknowledged when walking into a restaurant. At least greet the customer and tell them it will be a minute, instead of standing like idiots at the door.

Dirty, flies, fruit flies, dirty dishware, dirty floors, food was not fresh – looked like it was sitting there for a while then served. Overall unacceptable condition for a restaurant.
