Panda Express

We came in around 11:30 for lunch and the food was cold… also stood at the counter for about 5 minutes before anybody acknowledged me (employees were all around).

Disappointed. Hadn’t been there in awhile, noticed the décor and menu board had changed. The food tasted like the recipes had changed too for the worse. They added corn to the rice, different cut of broccoli, orange chicken had no flavor. I hope all the spots haven’t changed.

Went on Saturday around 2pm, 5÷23÷15. Totally out of iced tea, staff couldn’t be bothered to make more, acted offended that I even asked. I ordered veggies as my side instead of rice, they had to make them. I waited 20 minutes for the veggies, by the time they were done they told me my Kung Pao needed to be made fresh. Another 15 minutes. By this time, 35 minutes later my whole family had eaten, I still had no tea or food. I used to like this place a lot, I won’t be back.

I came here for dinner when it was a busy time and I had been craving. I ordered chow mein with orange chicken and beef and broccoli. The chow mein didn’t have no taste plus it was cold. Orange chicken tastes the same so no problem there. I ordered beef and broccoli and they ran out so they asked if I could wait for a new batch to order and it took a few minutes. When it got to my table it was the only thing that was steaming hot. Plus it had more broccoli than meat which bummed me out. Probably won’t come back after this.

I’m a sucker for Panda Express! I enjoy the quick service, location and cleanliness.

I’m a huge Panda Express fan, for what it is it’s a great deal. This location has never given me a hard time and the staff has always been friendly.

You should save the trip and go to Pei Wei. Staff UNBELIEVABLY rude. Food was extrememly cold and the plates we were given that held our food was previoulsy used to take down a previous order!!! Had we known this we would of left, we didn’t realize until we ate the cold rice. Our food lacked any meat. It was like the server intentionaly served us nothing but the gross overcooked vegetables. My husbands red peppers were charred black. Additionally, I had to request Sweet & Sour several times and the server said, «Didn’t I already give you some». UH NO, that’s why I’m asking AGAIN. As we walked in one server was fast asleep in a booth. I suggest going anywhere but this Panda Express. First time and last time to enter. We didn’t bother to ask for management as it seemed the deaf server was the only one working and he was rude to begin with.

We all need to remember that this is fast food. But as fast food goes, one thing we can say about Panda is they have pretty tasty dishes for a fast food place. I personally am a fan on the Chow mein. They now offer fried rice in a brown rice version and of course the others are still available.
This place is always clean, and I would say staff does just fine in being courteous for as busy as this place gets. They have always been cordial.
Plus, take notice of the Panda core values posted on the wall. If you’re a Covey fan they will look familiar, and the staffs work will seem in line with the core values.

I wouldn’t even give it a star if I didn’t have to to leave a review. This place is the worst! The entrée’s are empty and the food that is in the entrée’s is cold. The employees are rude in unsanitary. WARNING AVOID THIS PANDA EXPRESS!

The food is usual Panda Express type but the staff is really rude. Both times I’ve gone there the ladies serving the food into containers practically ripped my throat out for not being immediate on knowing what to order and as soon as I entered the establishment they asked me what I wanted.
Definitely not a place to go if you have social anxiety.

Yuck– seriously lacking
