Rude! The salesman that greeted us was completely disinterested in us. My fiancé and I went in looking for my ring. We were ready to buy that day. The man leaned on the counter and we had to pry information out of him. They would have had to order the diamond we wanted. He wouldn’t even tell us how long it would take until we asked and then he said the price as if we couldn’t afford it. When we asked him to place an order he told us there was nothing he could do because of inventory. Horrible customer service. Will never go back.

Lee Michael’s takes excellent care of their customers. We had an quality issue (not their fault) with an item that we purchased from them and they went above and beyond to fix the problem and make sure we were 100% happy. They turned a situation that could have been very bad into a great experience. Our happiness was their number one priority.

They’re pieces of jewelry are like no other, you will never see the same engagement/wedding ring on someone one else unless they purchase it from LM.
I’ve purchased few tag heuer watches, ex-wife’s ring, and my mothers rolex. No complaints only compliments from everyone.
