Little Caesars Pizza

I just left here… with NO food. At 7:22 I was told it would be 10 – 15 minutes for 2 deep dish pizzas. At 7:57 I was told they had actually made 2 deep dish stuffed crust pizzas, which are disgusting. I was told by the manager that I could get a refund or wait who knows how long for what I actually ordered. The manager did not offer any other help and said that it was because they only had 2 people working. Not my problem. When you run a business, you make it work. You’ve lost a customer, so now maybe you won’t be as busy and can make the correct orders.

Used to be simple and tasty. That location needs some love and attention from management. Avoiding it from now on.

Maria is so rude she lacks respect and shouldn’t roll her eyes at customers. Will not go back as long as she is working there.

ive learned a few things from Unilocal and from this location and others. it is best to go mid day to early rush hour traffic time. it appears that after that orders take forever and the pizza quality suffers. on a very positive note, i strongly recommend the bacon wrapped pizza! quite possibly one of the greatest things ever! the bacon is crispy and the bacon flavor is everywhere on the pizza including the nice chopped bacon sprinkled generously throughout the pizza. i am definitely gonna get this one, wayyyy better than any hot n ready ive ever gottten. Never get rid of this pizza little caesars

Worst ever. Second time I have tried this location and it is horrible. Worst thing is that they don’t know how to let dough rise and they scrimp on toppings.

Pizza Crust lacking flavor, Didn’t remember what I ordered. Sauce was packed with 2 liter bottle of soda, (rocket science?) Having the plastic bag algore on me (slang for ripping) with sauce all over the 2 liter bottle, bag, and my nice shirt. PRICELESS,
Plus a customer went behind the counter grabbing some paper towels. DISGUSTING.

Gosh I had such a bad bad experience in customer service the last time I went to pick up pizza at Little Caesar’s so I can’t give it the coveted 5 stars. It was day of a Spur’s game and I had come in around the 2^nd quarter. There were no fresh and ready pizzas available AT ALL. I don’t know if it was because there was a game or what. All I ordered was a large pepperoni pizza and breadsticks. I waited 20 minutes for my order and the guy asked what I ordered when I went up there a little bit later. He went to the back and didn’t come back with anything so I guess he was still waiting on the breadsticks. Another bit later I ask if it’s almost ready and he says you ordered a pan pizza. UHHHHH NOOO. Plus they had given one of those to someone who ordered after me. Gosh I was sooo angry and frustrated. Finally I got my order after 20 minutes of waiting. I don’t understand why they didn’t have a system of making the orders like putting up the receipts so they could go in order. The guy taking orders was terrified of the customers making a prayer sign each time a guest went up and ordered because pizzas had to be made as ordered and they seemed short staffed. Next Spurs game I hope they are more prepared. I came back with a pizza that was sloppily made. The slices were cut unevenly and the peperroni layout on the pizza was a trainwreck. The proportion of sauce and cheese was also extra sloppy. Either too much cheese on a slice or too much sauce.
However, I have to give LCP 3 stars as my family and I will still be back. Most of the time we get a good quality pizza ready made and properly made. The ready made pepp and cheese pizzas are cheap at $ 5.99 each. The breadsticks are phenomenal and well seasoned. They are definitely my favorite thing at LCP and I’ve eaten them since I was child at this same location. NOSTALGIA…

Typical store of this chain. The pizzas are ready when you get there. This is an easy task as they just have a couple of them already made.
Nothing special on this store that I couldn’t find on others stores of the same chain.
It’s located nearby, so this is the first choice I have when I need a pizza fast.

This place is awesome, Wings, wings, wings, they have it hot and ready… Their wings are so damn good, don’t ever miss it, if you pass by their way. Their ranch serving is huge, but its delicious to have hot wings with ranch… Yum Yum…
