This update is well deserved. Jerry was reluctant to talk to me about my experience, but he absolutely did and I greatly appreciate it. We discussed and it was a misunderstanding between customer and client. What’s important is that he follow-​up with me and that’s EXACTLY how you should conduct customer service. They’ve been rock-​solid since staying with them and I appreciate them helping me right the ship with a recent identity theft. Thanks Jerry! Good work.

I rented a small unit (10×5) from Lockaway back in June and just moved my things into my new place. When I first moved in, the owner gave me moving boxes before I signed my contract. Jerry and Debi are super friendly and always ready to help. I had an issue with my billing the first month, but it was corrected as soon as I called. Jerry came around when I was moving out to let me know that they would miss seeing me around. It almost makes me wish I had more stuff to store with them. They’re the best!!!
