The girls here are overwhelmingly nice and friendly. As soon as I walked in I was immediately greeted and treated like a friend. I know working at a tanning salon you are required to meet sales but they do not push lotion or upgrades on you like a lot of other places do. They have awesome rewards (free spray tan within the first 30 days) and you build more rewards the longer you are a member. The tax you pay monthly towards your membership is also credited back to your account so you can use it towards lotions. Those are only a few of the rewards and incentives to joining. They have a fantastic selection of beds and everything is extremely clean. The atmosphere is a huge decipher on where I tan and this one gets 5 stars!

This location is definitely the best tanning salon experience I have had. The staff is always super friendly and so helpful. They are knowledgeable about each bed, the tanning process, and their products. They offer helpful tips and help you to get a tan that suites you best. The location is in a nice area and has a great shopping center around it. The prices are your average tanning salon prices — not cheap, but not overpriced. If you are looking to tan, check this place out first!

I had an issue with a different store in a different city and will need to cancel my membership. The woman that I spoke with over the phone — I don’t remember her name — Anna, I think??? was SO nice and helpful. She contacted customer service for me. Customer service contacted ME about the issue. Poor customer service at the other location — more than amazing customer service at this location.
Also, Aubrie is amazing, too. She checks me in almost every time I go to this location. She is extremely knowledgeable and SO helpful!
I more than recommend this location!

Need more staff — waited 20 minutes just to get on bed /​because only one girl working and she was so worried about trying to close a new customer she screwed existing customers by making them stand around — further she then put the new customer ahead of me in the bed i was waiting for. When I came out from tanning she was still helping the same dam lady. I guess being a platinum member really doesn’t allow me any priveleges — you should always take care of existing customers!

Palm Beach Tan has locations throughout the US and each that I have used has been consistent in quality of products and beds.
I have used this location most recently for the Spray Tan but do recall their beds being clean and super new with effective bulbs, cold air conditioning and extras like facial tanners and radio station choices.
They often have deals on the Spray Tan option so be sure to ask. I took advantage of a 2 for $ 25 deal that is nearly unheard of. The spray tan booth is usually ready to go and stocked with everything one would need — hairnet, lotion, goggles — all the good stuff. If the room does need attention before I can use it, the gals always get it cleaned up quickly.
Parking here can be a bit of a hassle depending on when you arrive, for instance, if it is a busy HH time there will be many StoneWerks patrons eyeing spots as well.
