I come to this location so often but today I had a horrible experience with their service. I ordered a lentil quinoa broth bowl with egg and when they delivered to me it was over saturated. The broth was brown– black, i order this all the time and know that it’s supposed to be red-brown. Also the ingredients were scarce. They basically gave me an over saturated broth lagoon. I told my waiter what was wrong and I could hear the kitchen responding to him that that’s how it’s supposed to be and that I was incorrect. The waiter tried to help but the kitchen refused to offer an exchange or to try to fix the problem. This is not how I expect the service in panera to be.

This was a bad experience based on service. Only 1 cashier who did have a difficult customer, but he took 10 minutes before asking manager for help. Then when she showed up, she did not seem concerned at all that 8 – 10 customers were in line waiting for the dispute to be realized. No apology. No effort to muster more cashiers to the front. Businesses should place a higher priority on fast and effective service, especially if one customer decides to make a big deal and hold up others.
