Pizza Hut

This is my second time dining in at this location and the service was horrible. Came for dinner on a Thursday and there were only 3 servers total you would think being near a military installation they would have more staff. So after sitting at the table for a little over 5 min I had to get up myself to grab someone’s attention to order our drinks. Let me just say it went downhill from there and I will not be coming back to this location I’ll take the extra drive to Potranco.

We never had any issues when we placed an order for delivery. Tonight we placed a $ 46.50 order and my husband picked it up. One of the pizzas was made wrong so my husband took it back and waited 20 minutes to have it remade. When he arrived home with the new pizza it was still made wrong. I’m not sure what’s going on with the staff tonight but they can’t seem to make a simple pizza properly! We’re very disappointed with them and tired of running up there to get another wrong pizza! They are wasting our time and gas! Hopefully the manger will be able to resolve the issue!

I just paid $ 23.82 for them to bring me a pizza that was under cooked and doughy. I got cheese sticks that had been just thrown in a box, uncut and again under cooked. If I wanted to bake a pizza I would have went to the store and bought one, and I damn sure wouldn’t have paid $ 23.82 plus tax, to do it. This is my third time ordering from them and every time there has been something wrong with my order, this is by far the worse and I am NEVER ordering from them again!

We had never been in a Pizza Hut with a sports bar included. We were very impressed with this new concept.
The atmosphere was great even for our children. And the pizza was awesome! Hand toss, pepperoni, bacon and extra cheese. Yummy!

Pizza Hut is NOT my go-​to pizza, I’m not a chain pizza gal. This location offers a small buffet, which is very cheap and quick during a workday lunch. My coworkers and I come back weekly because the service is wonderful. I eat a salad and the thin crust pizza is decent, the beer is always cold. In the bar area we always come to see Michelle, she’s fast and friendly and very attentive. Our salads come immediately, and she’s always back with drink refills. Five stars for Michelle, ²⁄₃ stars for food.

This is the best Pizza Hut Wing Street I’ve been to in San Antonio. I actually live in Leon Valley, but I like to go here with friends. The pizza is always perfectly made and cooked. The wings are simply amazing with their crisp, thick, breading and deliciously sticky sauce. I’m not a fan of wings, but sometimes I crave these! Depending on how packed it is, the service might be fast or slow. Most of the time I have come here in the early evening, while it’s still daylight, and the service is great. One time I went with friends around 9 or 10 pm, and it was packed to the brim. We could barely hear each other talk, and our pizza took about 45 mins because they had so many orders waiting. But the servers were still trying very hard. They kept our drinks full and brought out our salads and wings while we waited for the pizza. I love this place, but definitely prefer to go when it’s not packed like a sardine can.

I’ve been ordering Pizza Hut pizzas delivered to my house for so long that I’d almost forgotten that Pizza Hut restaurants actually exist. This one is right outside Lackland AFB, and it’s in a storefront rather than being a standalone «hut”-style building.
I dropped in for the lunch buffet and was very impressed with the quality of the food, the friendliness of the servers and the sheer size of the restaurant itself. This would be a great place to hold a team lunch. The only downside is a smallish parking lot.
A pleasant surprise – I’ll be back!

Sure like the $ 10.00 large pizza, not a bad deal. Lots of TV’s and a huge screen. Place is clean and the service is quick

Brand new shopping center, nice looking location, I have never seen a location that includes bar, big screens, brand new place, really nice just outside Lackland AFB. this is the new concept of pizza hut, very nice, friendly staff WOOOW !

A pretty good pizza hut. I think it is privately owned due to the really old computers in the front and how dirty the entrance is. When I visited, there was only one employee, who was the cashier and the person who made the pizza as well. I think they may have has a driver who was out. The pizza was good though.
5 stars for the food– 1 star for the appearance.
