So I made an order at 10:47pm on Sunday night. I got an online confirmation through email that it would be delivered by 11:47pm…which is 47 minutes after they close. We waited till about 11:50pm to see why it wasn’t delivered yet and tried to call. Of course being that they closed right at 11pm they didn’t answer. So I call them this morning and they stated that it is company policy that they callback the number that was registered with the order if it comes back as a new customer. Strange thing is I’ve ordered from them many times before. I’ve even used the online function many times before. Being that I got the online confirmation stating that the order was going to be delivered I didn’t pay attention to my phone as we were trying to entertain a group of friends. They did credit back the charge but I have a feeling that they were just being lazy and didn’t want to deliver the pizza or they had a new driver and didn’t know my apartment complex and couldn’t locate the door to my apartment. Either way it is bad business in this situation if they send an email confirmation that everything was good with the order and then tell you over the phone that it wasn’t delivered because we were registered as a new customer. I suggest if you want anything from this place that you go in and pick it up yourself and verify everything is correct.

This Pizza Hut deserves 0 stars if possible!!! I don’t think I’ve ever been so upset from customer service then I thought!!! Don’t go here. Use the gas to go to another one or just eat something else. Please!!! Not worth it at all!!!

An hour later nothing fresh was brought out to the buffet table… no wings to be seen. who makes these executive decisions… cut us off… Fend for the scraps… Really!!! Four employes trying to close… and they toss the remainders… bless those less fortunate… bless those that pay…
