I have to say that I had the see what everyone was talking about and have to say that we received our Pizza in our Hotel in about 25 minutes from the time that we called…
The pizza was good and it was warm.. I can’t complain about the price… I would order from them again when we are back in town.

After receiving my credit card bill I was in fact charged for my food that was never delivered. I called the restaurant and had a nice little shouting match with the «owner». I told him how he should be put out of business for these poor business practices and his response was, and I quote– «fuck you, fuck your country, fuck your president.» I thought it was strange how he threw our country and our president in there but it just goes to show you the type of person that is running this place. After he made that comment I told him I was going to come down to the restaurant and get my money back and he responded by telling me that if I came to his business he would «fuck me up» and hung up.
The next thing I know I have a strange phone number calling me claiming to be the San Antonio Police Department and accusing me of making threats to the business owner. But I could clearly hear his accent and IT WAS THE OWNER, impersonating a police officer and telling me that he needed my full name, home address and my DOB to file his police report. Considering that he already had my Credit Card information it sounded like the perfect set up for some identity theft.
Long story short — I hung up on him and canceled my credit cards immediately. After working with my card company they refunded the $ 35 dollars and they will be investigating the matter further.
Never eat here. Placed my order at 11:50pm and my food never came. If my card gets charged I will be PISSED. The place is a scam.

This place is a total scam!!! I ordered at 1:48 AM tonight (Saturday) had to call at 3:15 when they told me they «forgot my first pizza in the oven and have to make another one.» Come 3:32 we receive a call on our cell phone «I’m here at the lobby, come down stairs». Obviously we made him come up to the room when we were greeted by someone who had an attitude. Come to find out they forgot the cheesecake and insisted I pay the 21 dollars for a MEDIUM 2 topping pizza with the supposed Cheesecake I bought also. It was apparent he wasn’t getting ANY tip. Pizza came out ice cold. Disputing this with my Credit Card company tomorrow for FRAUD. Seriously worst pizza place I have ever been to. They are EIGHT minutes away from this hotel. We stayed at the Holiday Inn — Please please please don’t order from here even though their menu is in every bathroom in this hotel.

I ordered a sub and got a calzone. I called to let them know and the guy tried to tell me that’s how they make subs. It’s ridiculous and not at all what they advertise. Terrible experience. Don’t order from these clowns.

Not sure, how to say this, but I did not read the reviews before I ordered.
Ordered 2 Pasta Deal at 10:25 pm 2 Spaghettis with meatballs, 2 garlic bread, and 2 salad.
Was told I will be charged $ 18, and it’ll take 45 min.
At 11:30 I got: 2 Spaghet-​tiny with meat sauce (was told meat balls are not a problem to order), cold and burned, smaller than a kids portion.
Salad was good, green leaves, olives, mushrooms, tomatoes, warm cheese, and packed ranch. No Garlic bread, no Napkins, no parmesan, no utensils, and I my bill said $ 20 charged. Should have gone for the frozen Entrée for the Hotel or walked to a Fast Food place.

Placed order at 6:56 pm. Never arrived. Called back after over 2 hrs & they hung up on me.

Never order from this place!!! I was in town for 1 day and decided to order from here because they where open late and they closed at 1am… I placed my order at 11:58pm which the the guy that took my order (Louie) said it was plenty of time and that it would only take 45min to deliver. Well I guess it wasn’t because my order never arrived!!! Louie… the guy that took my order only pretended to take my order! So if you’re ever in San Antonio… stay away from this place and don’t get bamboozled by Louie and their shady establishment! I hope this place closes down soon because they have no customer service and they obviously don’t care about they’re customers!!!
