Gross disgusting store! Wow seems like a tornado from Dallas up and took this store and trashed it! The employees are rude! Really unpleasant experience!

My god. Get me out of this place. I absolutely hate this place. Hate. It’s my own personal hell. All the merchandise is askew, hastily piled on the shelves. The floors are sticky and filthy. The aisles are so narrow, you can’t help but running into people here. The merchandise is a bunch of stuff that I’d never wear. There seems to be an abnormally high number of screaming children here. I will not go here anymore. Never.

Left the Ross location on military to come to this location. This Ross store is clean and have great Customer service and better merchandise. The military store lost my business. The Ross military store need to follow this locations business procedures, customer service ethics and employees standards.

I like be Ross but this location has stuff everywhere. Most aisles in the home and décor sections are too narrow to get 2 carts down. Most clothing is marked in the wrong sized areas. I intended to purchase clothing but it’s hard to do that when you can’t find you size in the area you’re looking. Ross’s loss.

We went to this Ross on our way back from Shoneys. This place is AWESOME! Man there was so much I could’ve bought from here but I’m on limited funds. I did get two bowls, a dress, and this really cute little toothbrush/toothpaste holder that had sea shells on the front. I can’t wait to return to this place. The only problem I had with this place was the simple fact there was this creepy old Black lady going around trying to convert people to Christianity in the store. This woman was so disgusting and rude! What is it with these quacked out religious nut jobs that take it upon themselves to go up to random people bothering them with their weird beliefs and trying to convert people??? That is NOT their responsibility and frankly they should mind their own business and leave people alone! This store should have a sign up that says no soliciting, bothering, or harassing of customers. This woman was asking me PERSONAL and private questions regarding my private life and then stuck her hands out to try and turn me Christian and be a «witness». She asked me if I wanted that and I told her NO. She not only did this to me but several other customers which lead me to believe she was not there to shop but to convert people. All while having horribly bad breath. I wonder how would religious people like it if Atheists, buddhists etc came up to them trying to convert them to another religion or no religion. I’m sure they wouldn’t like it. Other than that traumatizing incident I give this Ross 5 stars.
