The food here was yummy. I love Chinese food and never pass up an opportunity to have some. There were lots of options to choose from. The servers were friendly and offered me samples of different entrees to try. I ordered the teriyaki chicken, rice, and an eggroll. The chicken was tender and the eggroll was really good. The portion size was huge, but the price was not! I liked that you could see the cooks working at the big woks. I would recommend this restaurant.

I had a good experience at Side Wok Café. We were in town visiting and I was starving after a long day of sightseeing. The staff took the time show me different menu options and even offered various samples. I went for their Teriyaki Chicken; the chicken was soft & the sauce was so good! I would definitely eat here again. For fast food in the mall it’s good & so are the prices.

I hate writing bad reviews on small businesses, but the service and quality of food at this place has left me no other choice. My boyfriend and I decided to try the food here, because the teriyaki chicken sample that they gave us, was pretty decent. Should’ve known that that was the only thing on the menu worth getting. The guy that handed us our sample originally turned cold when we went to order. Him and the manager/owner almost looked annoyed at the fact that we were choosing to dine at their restaurant. My boyfriend and I both ended up choosing the general tso’s chicken with noodles, and the appearance alone almost scared me away. The noodles looked almost rubbery. You could tell they had been made hours ago, and no one really cared to preserve the quality of them. The chicken was so chewy it couldn’t even be swallowed. Not to mention, some of the pieces had almost a greenish hue. We had to rush to the hotel from how sick this food made us.

I don’t know if these reviews are old or what but I loved this place. Let’s be honest and take it for what it is — a food court restaurant… but man it is an AMAZING food court restaurant. Tired from shopping and looking for a good meal on a budget, I dropped by Side Wok. The staff were so friendly and really patient with me when I wasn’t sure what I wanted and would explain all the options and let me sample to make sure it was something I liked. The woman that rang me up was cheerful and smiley, and when I saw the price, so was I. I’m from California but when I make my way back here, this will certainly be a stop I make again.

I asked the guy taking our order if the beef dish was spicy. His reply? «I don’t know. I don’t like any Asian food». No smile, no greeting. What a jerk. As for the food, definitely was not missing out on anything on their lineup. I’ll take Panda Express any day.

Eh… not bad. Out of the four Chinese food places in the food court, I decided to come here because it had the shortest line. Should that have been a sign? I decided to take my chances. The food actually wasn’t bad. I had the one item combo($ 3.99) — chow mein with teriyaki chicken. Yes, I was being adventurous that afternoon! =P They give you a lot of food for the price(definitely good enough for two meals, or to share with someone else… unless you are starving, then that’s another story)! The chow mein was so-so, nothing spectacular. The teriyaki chicken was okay as well. Some of the meat was tough though, and could have used more sauce on it. I did like the fact that the food wasn’t really greasy though. Overall a decent place to grab Chinese food for lunch.
