Yes, it’s basically the same ol’ Starbucks you can find anywhere else, but with an odd little cafeteria twang. MAYBE it’s psychological as these airport shops are ran by aramark or some other conglomerate. The line is always super long and the rushed pace makes it feel like you need a running start when ordering. After placing your order you have to hang in the«pit» as you wait for your drink to be pumped out. Careful, it says Mike, but I’m Mark. That’s my drink though, hands off mike.

It’s literally the dirtiest coffee closet I’ve seen. And I like hole in the wall joints and understand the travails of the airport. But this place is manned by 2 jokers who look like they are high on X and skipping class at a for-profit college to do the worst job possible. The sugar is gone, napkins are damp, the counters are sticky and the vacuous two young men working there are about as checked out mentally as a person who realizes they are not of this earth and engaged in hard core sales. I don’t know if the vacuous pseudo hipsters are trying to get fired in order to start their Pop Band or if they are above it all and have special lady friends who sell perfume. They smirk, they mumble, they wear aprons for now. If you go there for coffee don’t take your eyes off of them for a second. Then take your coffee and run for it. I’ve seen cleaner taco stands at gas stations. Mr. Starbucks should buzz down here and set them straight.

The Starbucks at the airport in San Antonio has the friendliest staff its really busy on this holiday weekend the cashier took the time to ask where I was from and wish me a safe flight

I watched a barista rummage through the tip container, distribute a little cash to herself and the person at the register, and go back to making coffee without washing her hands. When I asked if she’d washed her hands, the person at the register lied. I’d rather be thirsty.

The line is long all the time, it’s too small and not very clean, and there aren’t enough associates working in the back. I had ordered a white mocha with soy milk(lactose intolerant) and got a regular chocolate mocha with regular milk. The associates are so behind that they get orders messed up and mixed up. I was so pissed… The orders not that hard to follow, smfh Never will I go here again, EVER!!!

This Starbucks is not different from any other with one exception. The layout of the store is terrible!!! You can barely fit in there and when you’re waiting for your coffee, you have to overflow and stand in the store next door. I wish they would just expand already!

Never open on time! Again this am they were not open until 5:25 am. Then there was only one person and one part timer. Every other am it’s like this. Need a new brew crew!!!

Was glad this was the only shop open so early. After my coffee fix I was ready for the day! There was no line when I arrived and the staff was very friendly, my order was made super fast. Next time I’m here will stop in for more

(In airport) worlds least productive Starbucks. 6 people behind the counter, only 1 person making drinks. Average time per drink 15 mins. Consistently like this when I’m through San Antonio(6 to 8 times a year). Drinks are mediocre at best.

Typical airport Starbucks, except more cramped than usual. Apparently the only coffee shop in the place so you gotta love it.

Typical Starbucks, but with slower service. Take a short walk to Green Beans Coffee, near security, for a better option, along with more food choices.

It’s nice having coffee available past security. However it’s expensive and they don’t take the free ones

This Starbucks has what us would expect from a Starbucks taste wise, but the service is terrible. They are very slow at the cash register, they had 4 people behind the counter, one taking orders and one making drinks. I have no idea what the other two where doing. If u plan to partake in this location bring your patience.

One may think there’s nothing special about an airport Starbucks, in fact, one may say it’s not as good compared to a store location, but one would be wrong when saying that about SAT’s Starbucks. You see, when you log-in to the airport’s Wi-Fi, you are taken to their homepage, and in the homepage there are e-coupons, and in the e-coupons, there’s one for Starbucks. So yay!

9am on a Friday and no wait :-) bi-lingual employees get a thumbs up(not for me but for the couple in front of me) … This store is located as soon as you go through security which is a convenient stop on the way to your gate. I would give 4 stars but they were lacking on fruit/yogurt breakfast options.

All I can say is that it’s like any other Starbucks except it has no seats? So yeah. If you plan to go, expect everything you usually do from Starbucks… But seat down. Traditional starbucks with great drinks served. Conveniently located within the airport.

Lines can get extremely long here. Service is always friendly, and honestly, if I am at a Starbucks it is hard not to be happy. Just happy it is in this airport. It is like a beacon in the night.

This is a great add to the SATX airport. Staff was quick and helpful. Can’t ask for too much more. As you can imagine, its quite busy during the morning rush, so leave plenty of time for your flights.
