Again… Disaster. Tons of employees. One register open. Many people milling around. Long line. Felt like no one getting served. No eye contact. No hustle. One employee chatting about his hours. Obviously no leadership.

This is the first night of Starbucks evenings and I LOVED IT!!! We ordered the spinach artichoke dip with pita chips, chicken sausage & mushroom flatbread, meatballs with tomato basil sauce, and Sauvignon Blanc from New Zealand. All good. Especially the flatbread. They gave us complimentary bacon-​wrapped dates for free! Thursday they are having a free one tasting from 6 – 7 with meatballs. I am so there. This is the best idea in ages. Two thumbs up!!!
PS. The Moscato is outrageously good.

Grear customer service. The cashier made a small error by hitting cash instead of gift card. She apologized to get a manager to fix it. He came up promptly and it was all taken care of in about 3 min. Then when I ordered my drink and banana nut loaf he told me everything was on them and apologized again. I think it was above and beyond and Its great to get an unexpected treat like that.

Bad experience w inattentive and rude staff! To top it off, the manager was part of the obnoxiousness! He seemed to be the manager because as he was «training» another employee (young male), how to write/​wording on the cups, heard him walk off, laugh, say, «that’s bull shit!», without carrying who was around! Even Tiffany, who made my drink wrong the 2nd time, was near by laughing! This place is awful!

I went there today and did have to wait several minutes for my drink. However, as a customer service professional I understand things like that happen. They did service recovery, and I got my drink after I mentioned I hadn’t received it yet. I noticed the staff was very upbeat and friendly, and they wanted to make sure I was taken care of. I’d go back if ever in the area.

I came here to study and it was awful. The service was very slow and staff seemed to be walking away from the register every other minute even though there was a line. But my biggest complaint is the noise! It wasn’t just the sound of the machines; it was the fact that the staff were constantly yelling at each other. Also, it seemed like some of their friends had come by so staff were constantly yelling at each other and their loud group of friends. I got a headache and left.

My husband and I are regular customers at this location. Sometimes they hand us out a wrong drink, but as soon as we let them know, they fix it right away and with great attitude. Our drinks always taste good and when they aren’t sure, they let us taste it before taking off, especially when we customize a drink. Also, one of the managers, I think his name is Mark, is always super friendly and always greets us and one time gave us free muffins just because we come by all the time! :) I definitely recommend this Starbucks location!

Slow. Poor attitudes. Drinks don’t always taste like they should, and once, I was given a green tea frappucino when I ordered a mocha frappucino. There are much MUCH better locations in the city.

I love Starbucks but will drive an extra 10 – 15 minutes to the next one to avoid this one. Which really sucks because it’s right near my house. The drive they takes forever even when I’m the only one there. The baristas are always more concerned with talking to each other the doing their job. I order the same thing every time yet it ALWAYS tastes different here and my cup is ALWAYS dirty. THIS LOCATION GIVES STARBUCKS A BAD NAME. So upsetting.

My Tuesday morning treat.
The workers are like any one else, just trying to make a living.
The store itself is far to crowded with merchandise. I understand you have things you have to sell, but really? I think you can do far better (this sentence is directed to corporate, and not the actual store and its employees.
The folks there have been friendly, There could be better bike parking, but all and all, I treat me self there on Tuesdays when I am in that neighborhood.

It’s a Starbucks… What’s to say? I went in at 9am on a Thursday and it wasn’t really busy which I was surprised at since it was so cold that day. Drive-​thru had a handful of cars so I physically went in. The «order taker» seemed very upbeat (the speaker was really loud, lol) and he was getting the cars moving. Employees seemed nice and my order was processed punctually. The girl who called my drink could work on her pronunciation of «flan» but the new flavor was super yummy. Now that I know this store is so close to my work I’ll be stopping more often :-).

This location is very slow. The manager is training someone and is getting angry at her for every little mistake. This doesn’t look good to customers. This is way different from the friendly atmosphere that most other location’s employees create.

The ladies here are really nice. I could actually listen to one the girls at the drive thru speaker all day. If any you disrespect these ladies I swear on my life I will wreck you son. #comeatmebro
