The folks at The Tuscan Rose always provide the best service no matter how busy they get. I can always count on them on Valentines Day and Mother’s Day! Their floral arrangements are beautiful and never fail to amaze me.

After looking at their website, I ordered over the phone since I live out of state. The photo on the site showed at least 4 times the amount of flowers than what arrived. (I uploaded a side-​by-​side picture in the photo section). Really lame. For $ 55 I expect more than 3 roses, 3 carnations, a handful of small purple flowers and a ton of greenery. I expected what was shown on the website. Don’t get scammed like I did!

This company offers to do broach bouquets for weddings, but whatever you do DO NOT USE THEM! They do a terrible job! I left about 30 antique broaches with them and expected to have a finished product in less than a week according to the girl at the front desk. A few weeks later I still didn’t have my bouquet. After calling numerous times I finally got the okay to pick it up and it was hideous! Big, ugly green floral wire all over my beautiful broaches. Needless to say I took it apart and redid it myself. What a waste of money and time.

I had a great experience with Jessica and her staff. My husband and I hired her to provide our wedding flowers. I was an out of town bride and had to coordinate my wedding from Dallas to San Antonio. She was very helpful, always available, and her prices were very reasonable. Like any bride, I had many jitters but she sat with me and we did a mock up of the flower arrangement. This was probably the best thing because then I knew exactly what the flowers looked like and this helped calm all of my fears. She really helped to accomodate all of my demanding wishes :) and the best part was the day was perfect. Everyone loved the flowers and the flowers were beautiful. The day of the wedding, she was one of the first people there, and everything was ready with ample time. The wedding was amazing! I wish her much success!

Had a very bad experience with this florist. They delivered arrangements that were falling apart, and had dead flowers to my wedding… So dissatisfied with this vendor. When contacted they completely ignored my concerns!

I should have learned my lesson the first time when my wife’s flowers died on the 2nd day. Same thing happened again with a different type of flower. I paid almost double cause I thought the quality would be better. Never again! Staff not very helpful.

Totally the best surprise of the month! I was driving around looking for Ounce Prime Steakhouse b/​c of a Groupon that was running. I saw this florist and thought I’d check it out just for the heck of it. These prices are so low! I was shocked that the arrangement I walked out with was around $ 30. I recommend a drop-​by just to see what they have fresh. (My wife liked the surprise, too!)
