Worst customer service ever!!! One of the ladies that works here was chatting with a friend on a busy day, made me wait a long time and talked to me as if I was a bother. Never coming back to this branch.

Awesome store. A fax only costs me $ 1.36 per page vs $ 3.25 per page at Dezavala UPS. An added bonus, the confirmation page actually has the right date! Dezavala UPS has 03/11/11.go figure. poor management. Don’t believe me go see for yourself

They get the job done, but are usually pretty slow at completing tasks — even though there are usually 3 people working. I do appreciate that they told me it would be much cheaper to mail certain things through the US Post Office rather than buying the postage at their store. That was nice and unnecessary for them to do, but it shows that their employees actually care about the customer, which means a lot in my book. Will always go to them first because of their convenient location to me and because of their helpfulness — I’ll just always plan to go when I’m not on a timeline.

What a bad experience! First off, it took three months to get the correct key for my box and for the after hours door. Now that I have purchase a product, I found out that I cannot have it delivered by UPS to the UPS store. When you go to the UPS my choice and enter in the address, it complains that it is a business address and directs you to call UPS. After explain the problem over 10 times to UPS and speaking to several supervisors, they informed me that a package cannot be sent via UPS to a UPS store. Do not us UPS. Bad customer support. Bad service. Just plain bad.
