The best Brazilian wax I have had in years ! It was a different wax than I was use to getting but it didn’t hurt at all & they were clean and precise. My hair hasn’t grown back as fast & I have had no ingrowns!

I recently went for my 2nd Brazilian wax and was nervous because the first Time hurt so much… but the second wax was so much easier and way less painful than the first time. Victoria took care of me and she was great! This can be an embarassing experience but Victoria was so nice and made me feel very comfortable. Even got to take a shot! I will definitely be going back because the results are fantastic and I have heard that as long as you keep up with it .it hurts less over time. If your having doubts .just do it! It’s so worth it!

Still pretty new to waxing, but Blanca was amazing! She made sure I was comfortable and did all she could to minimize the sting. The shot before the waxing definitely helped!

I live in Los Angeles but I was in town visiting. I heard great things about the wax bar as well as Ms. Blanca. I mad an appointment was greeted soon as I walked in and started exactly on time. I had a pleasant experience. Blanca is such a professional. She’s amazing with lots of experience. I definitely recommend everyone to book a wax appt with Blanca at the wax bar. You will not be disappointed. lol I wish I could pack her in my bag and take her back to LA with me. :)

Omg. I was just waxed by an angel sent from heaven. That was the least painful wax I have experienced. I have had a Brazilian done three times now, and the first two were so painful I was drenched in sweat by the end (and I have a high pain tolerance). They were doable, sure, and good results in the long run. But geezopete, my lady bits felt like they needed icing afterwards!
Just got waxed by Gianna, and by the time I was about to ask if we were about to get started on the painful parts, it was already over. What?! Done? That was IT? So professional, fast, and friendly.
If you’re nervous about getting waxed, ask for Gianna and you’ll have no problem!

I love this place! I went for the first time today. I loved it! Rosemary was AMAZING!!! 30 mins in and out! Not painful at all! Don’t hesitate to go! Ask for Rosemary!!! You won’t be disappointed! And they give military discount!!!

I recently got a Brazilian wax with Rosemary and let me just say, BEST experience ever! My appointment was on a Friday at 5:30 (don’t know what I was thinking when I booked it) and I almost didn’t make it because of San Antonio’s horrible traffic. I’m usually never late for appointments since I work in the service industry also, but a 15 min drive turned into 30 really quick. Luckily I was her last appointment of the day and Rosemary was kind enough to wait for me.
When I got there, we didn’t waste anytime and went straight to waxing! She was very professional, clean and fast! She kept conversation going which kept me distracted from all that was going on down there. I am definitely going back to her but booking in the morning next time! Highly recommend this place for both male and females that are looking to get waxed!

This place is awesome! I had an appointment with Alyssa and she was very friendly and knowledgeable. What place does shots before a waxing session? This place! Make sure you download the app on your phone, it has a loyalty card after your 10th visit your next appointment is free and you can also make an appointment online. I will definitely be coming back to this place.

Don’t be alarmed if you enter the Ingram location and think you are in the Tattoo Shop that you see a sign for close by. I learned that the Wax Bar used to be the tattoo shop. It’s awesome inside, with all the art on the walls. I really dig their online booking system, which made for a very easy experience. I decided at 1pm that I needed a brow wax, and I easily set an appointment for 3pm with Alyssa. She was very sweet and accommodating. She did a great job on my brows, even showing/​explaining how to self-​check the length, arch, width, etc. I was in and out in 15 min for only $ 15. They use a different kind of wax (can’t remember what she called it), but it really did not hurt. I was amazed. Also, they offer you a shot or two before your appointment. A shot of alcohol, of course. It is the Wax BAR. To ease my pain? To impair my judgment? Or just ‘cuz? I’m not sure, but I like the Wax Bar.

Gianna provided the best service imaginable. Not only was she professional and knowledgable, but she made me feel at ease the moment I walked in. In all honesty, I was prepared for an unholy amount of pain but my Brazilian didn’t hurt anymore than an eyebrow wax and it was over in less than 30 minutes. Gianna kept the conversation flowing which made the entire experience relaxing and not at all awkward. If you’re considering trying it out, go with Gianna-she’ll get you hooked!

I had the pleasure of getting a brazilian done today with Gianna, I LOVE HER! She is super funny and very down to earth, she also made a very painful experience enjoyable. I’ve never felt so relaxed and calm while getting hair yanked from my «soft spot» she has definitely won me over!

Today was my first experience getting a Brazilian wax and I am so thankful I chose this place. I was fortunate enough to get Gianna as my waxer. She is extremely friendly and professional and made the whole experience comfortable. I am definitely coming back again and recommending this place to all my friends. They do offer you a shot if you are extremely nervous which I think is a nice extra. I also really like how their website has a FAQ’s page which offers a lot of valuable information. I highly recommend this place as well as Gianna to first timers as well as veterans.

Great service! I made an appointment to get my eyebrows done based on the Unilocal reviews of other locations. When I got there it was obviously brand new, a chair was still in its wrapper, and it looked like a closed shop from the outside (they had no sign other than the store name up) I was the only customer, so was seen right away and given a form to fill out. Gianna was my waxed and she was incredibly friendly and talked to me the entire time. As it was Happy Hour, the total for just shaping my brows cost $ 18. I will definitely go back, and recommend to others.
