I’ve been going to Whataburger for years and this one by far is the worst. They can’t seem to ever get their orders right. You ask for just a hamburger then they say oh I charged you for a Fanta and fries.?? Time and time again, the only whataburger we knew was close by, would take forever to process an order even during non peak hours. Bye bye Blanco whataburger, hello Wilderness Oaks Whataburher.

This Whataburger is EXTREMELYSLOW. I don’t know if they’re understaffed tonight or what, but it’s a little ridiculous. The restaurant isn’t full(though I think the drive through is backed up?). Step it up!

OK, I like whataburger in general as they are always open. But I am used from McDonalds that they put the creamer and sugar in my coffee when I order it at the drive through. So first of all the connection was horrible in the speaker. When I got to the window and asked if they can put the creamer and sugar in my coffee they closed the window and let me wait for a minute. The believe the shift supervisor opened the window and asked quite rude if I have a problem with my coffee. First of all, I didn’t had a coffee at that time. 2nd of all, I have a problem with people like this guy that ask me in a rude tone what my problem is. Also shouldn’t I have gotten a piece of paper telling me that I bought something from you? I will never go to this one again. Just because I asked friendly if you can do this for me, you don’t have to answer all rude in a way that make me feel like you don’t want any customers. Dear shift manager I will also complain to your company about your unfriendly rude behavior. If I would have been in my vehicle you would have been on YouTube as well, you are lucky that I didn’t had my dash can with me.

My wife and I stopped by this location around 730 on a Sunday afternoon. We waited nearly 40 minutes for food in the drive thru line. We grabbed the food and went home. When we looked at the food, we were given the wrong order, and the food was cold. I called and spoke to the manager. He told me cold meat is not a health concern. I couldn’t believe his response.

Best fast food hamburger you’ll ever find, no one even comes close. All right, there are many gourmet burger joints out there, and trust me, they’re great, but you won’t find them at these prices. You want a kobe beef burger? Then go ahead and pay $ 15 for it. You want a great hamburger? You’ll get change back from your $ 10 bill, and that’s with fries and a drink. Ask yourself, what do I really want? Then top it off with jalapeños and grilled onions. What — a — burger!

I just love this Whataburger, even though it has not been perfect. They have messed up my order before, and the drive thru is often slow. The staff is always really friendly though and the food is good. I like that I can get delicious fries at 4AM.

This is my place to go to get my quick breakfast taco fix. The tacos are good if you’re really hungry. But the burgers are the best. Love that its open 24hrs and breakfast is from 11p to 11a.

This location seemed to me a little less then most, but typically you can not go wrong at Whata burger for the price you pay.

two-stars to the staff for their friendliness. Unfortunately, it took them more than 10 minutes(with three food preparers) even with very small clientele to get our relatively small order to us. I noticed that none of the food preparers wore gloves when handling the food. When we eventually got our food, the fries were down right cold and didn’t seem to be fresh – felt a little rubbery. The hambugers were at least hot and fresh – fortunately. I went back several minutes later to place an order of onion rings and waited another 5 – 8 minutes and they too weren’t even warm. The box wasn’t even warm leading to think they had been sitting out for a long time. I never experienced this in any of the other Whataburger restaurants I’ve been at. Place seemed to be kept pretty clean. Overall below average compared to some other places. Very disappointed. I went to another one to pick up an order for my daughter and that one was a much more positive experience.

Had to come here when I went to San Antonio. A lot of my friends recommended it to me. Their burgers were delicious. It was yummy with their wheat buns.

This is probably the best fast food hamburger joint around. Where else can you get a good greasy burger after partying or clubbing. The best thing is that they are located around the state so, if you are never in doubt on what you are going to get. Love the the dble meat, dble cheese jalapeño burger w/onion rings.

I want to give these guys a nice review because we drove up and ordered for 8 people. They had it fresh and ready in under 10 minutes AND were nice about it. Thank you.

While the rest of Texas may live and breathe Whataburger, I’m not the biggest fan. It’s alright, I just don’t LOVE it(although it tastes just fine after a few beers). I tried the 5−3−1 Burger. The onion rings aren’t really necessary as they added no flavor or crunch. The smokey pepper sauce? Eh. The pickles? You can put as many pickles on a burger as you can fit — I’m in. Nothing special really. I’d actually rather have a burger at Jack In The Box. They do get points for their fries. I was a bit annoyed to learn that if you want BBQ or ranch, you can have only one(or pay 38 cents — no thanks, I didn’t want it that bad) and found it amusing that the girl then tried to convince to have some ketchup, because theirs is «fancy» ketchup. Seriously, isn’t all ketchup fancy? Being from PA there is only one ketchup anyway, Heinz. I’ll be back, but not soon, unless of course, you’re buying.

I was excited to try this place. When I heard they put jalapenos on the burger, I was expecting something good. I must say it was just ok, not much of a kick or flavoring to the burgers. Fries were ok. Cashier was very friendly and nice.
