2 stars for feminine earring variety, –3 stars for customer service and cleanliness. I won’t shop where people are downright and intentionally rude. Go around the corner to Piercing Pagoda for your piercing and aftercare needs.

I bought earrings here for my young daughter. We purchased earrings that were labeled for «sensitive ears». After less than a day of wearing them, my daughter’s ear swelled up and she broke out in hives. Never shopping here again, at least for earrings. I will stick to gold. Also, the three times that my family and I went there, the associates didn’t even greet or acknowledge us.

Had such a pleasant experience at Claire’s today. This place is a store that I haven’t been to in maybe 10 years so it was a little awkward for me to enter it. As soon as Jasmine came up to me she was a lot of help and made me feel extra comfortable. She helped me find the best deals and helped me all the way down to signing my purchase at the register. Would definitely go back hoping for Jasmine’s guidance. She is now mygo-​to Claire’s girl. And I’ll be back buying more work-​related teen-​friendly props from her soon.

Talk about a blast of the past! I used to lie coming here for earrings as a young teen. It has been at least ten years since I last stepped foot into a Claire’s. Now with a premadonna of a three-​year-​old who is interested in everything bright and sparkling, she visited for the first time. Tiaras of all colors and accessories galore! She was one happy camper and so was I with the customer service! The sales manager Rah R. Was wonderful as she showed her the selection of sunglasses in her size. Needless to say we left content and with new accessories.
FYI, they offer piercing princess party which makes ear piercing an even more memorable and painless experience. I thought that was exciting to know for parents

We bought some earrings as a gift, the lady told us as long as we wear it we can return at full price. 3 days after Christmas, we were there to return untouched unworn brand new earrings within 5 days of purchase. The cashier working at the time told us that they cannot return at full price because they are currently on sale. We had the receipt and everything. No written policy on receipt or on the counter or on the sign outside. I told the employee that it was out of civil compliance and she assured me it was in compliance. I went to the California government website and it is definitely out of civil compliance for return policy.

I came in here looking for props for my costume. Boy did I get some pretty bad customer service.
Well the girl that greeted me wasn’t that bad, she was helpful to tell me where the specific accessories I needed would be at. The thing is that she emphasized on the cheaper selections is in the other corner of the store after showing me the rhinestones. Hey, I get that you’re trying to be helpful but you’ve gotta word it correctly. If it matches my costume perfectly, I don’t mind spending like 5 bucks more on this thing.
What got me pretty damn pissed off is the cashier. I picked up a tiara that was closer to their Halloween selection but didn’t have a price tag. I told the cashier about it and she was so rude in telling me that it’s the same price as other ones on that shelf. Hey lady, why don’t you change your wording to «Could you please bring me that black tiara on that shelf. These tiaras are the same price. Thank you.» Maybe it’s just this entire mall. I’ve gotten pretty crappy service at most of the stores here.

Best place ever! HUGE selection pretty reasonably priced. There are a few tings that are a little high but they have a nice selection and good service. Can’t beat that!

The place is small, but they carry tons of stuff and not just various jewelry, but also iPod cases, hats, lip-​gloss, lipsticks, purses, cell phone holders, pillows, wrist-​warmers, slippers, just to name a few. They often have sale items and yesterday, hats were 50% off.
Last night, went to Claire’s go get my second ear piercing re-​pierced! I originally had two piercing on both ears, but I have not worn two pairs of earrings in years so the holes closed. Anyway, prior to getting my ears pierced, I had to sign «Release of Liability/​Waiver of Claims» as the Sale Associate prepare the pre-​sterilized studs that directly penetrated my ears. Ouch! Ha-​ha-​ha. J/​K :-)!
My total came up to $ 17.32 which included the piercing and sterling silver stud earrings, plus a big bottle of ear care antiseptic. After six-​weeks, I get to remove the studs and put on new earrings… SWEET!
