By far the best dentist I have been to in a long time! She takes her time and gets to know her patients and doesn’t do a rush job like most. I came in for a routine cleaning and exam and was very impressed with how well they took care of me and actually got to know me on a personal level. Most dentists out there just want your money and could care less about you but she took her time and was very engaging. I’ve finally found a dentist who I can rely on!

This lady is a hack job. I spent hours in her chair while she took photo after photo it was exausting. I lost a molar due to her saying the white composite filing needed to be replaced. When she replaced it the tooth ached really bad I lost time at work it was a nightmare. I had her pull it and the area turned into the painful condition called dry socket.
Before that happened she told me I needed 10K in dental work. I was so upset because I didn’t have the means to pay for it. I believed her. In the end my experience is that her recommendations are not about what is best for the patient.
Every time I post my story she sends me a bill as if I owe her money which I don’t. she is a bully too. I claimed bankruptcy due to really high medical expenses resulting from very bad health issues which I am now fully recovered from. So if she sends me a bill again it wont matter as it is covered under the bankruptcy. Every letter and word typed in this review is my opinion and only my opinion.

I have been with Dr. Nguyen for more than 4 years, I first went to see her in 2010 and I and my husband are still going with her. I am very happy with the customers services Maria was very friendly, I don’t have to wait long in the office, and the schedule is very flexible. The office is super clean compare to few dentist’s offices that I went in Daly city and south San Francisco. Dr. Nguyen is very gently with me. I really hate going to the dentist but with her, I’m not afraid to go for deep clean and check up for root carnal. After all my family is very happy with the Dr. Nguyen job.

–Bad Customer service: told me I had many cavities when in my last check up I had none. Just strange that all these cavities formed so quickly. Shady!
–I spend two hours there and didn’t even get my teeth cleaned. They were busy taking PHOTOS of my tooth for who knows what reason. And they asked me to make another appointment to come back for cleaning. Insisted that I needed deep cleaning. What is up with that?! I don’t have 3+ hours and two trips for one standard cleaning!
–When my insurance bill came, 50% of my annual deductible was gone. All this and I didn’t even get my teeth cleaned.
Do not come here.

Today I went for my first visit and I was really impressed with the super modern facilities and nice and professional staff.
From the outside, it might look like a regular office, but I was totally surprised once I entered the office. Great team of people.
