I can’t stand this Quickly’s. I’ve been here numerous times and always left an unhappy customer. There was this one time I came here right before my movie and wanted to sneak in my milk tea (hehe) and my boyfriend accidentally put the straws in our drinks –_​– I kindly asked them if they could just redo the plastic lid for my drinks and they didn’t quite understand what I meant. I honestly didn’t think it would be complicated to just rip the plastic lid off and redo it because they have a machine but they looked at me like I was talking gibberish and so I just said «f*ck it» and dipped. So rude.
There was another time where I asked for the avocado snow (nom nom) and when I got it, it taste like straight banana. I wanted to just keep it and say whatever but it just didn’t taste like avocado at all! So I asked if they could remake it and the worker said whenever they make the avocado snow, they put banana in it. Is this true? I’ve never tasted banana in my other avocado snows from the other Quickly’s I go to. He agreed to redo my drink and add more avocado but it still turned out nasty :/​And plus, both of the drinks made were yellow green, and we allllll know avocados aren’t that color.
They do a poor job in making drinks, and I can’t seem to invest $ 4 – 5 in a drink that always fails. I rather go to the one across the street in that little plaza, they know how to make it right :-)

I was not greeted when arriving to this Quickly. Instead, a young worker in his dirty baggy leisure attire stepped in front of the cash register and stared at me. After I ordered, he then went to a back room and made the mediocre drink, brought it back to the front counter and plopped in in front of me.
These people seemingly have no desire to live non the less make a customers experience desirable.

Why are you guys constantly out of stock of everything? All I wanted was a mint chocolate chip ice cream cone. First, the they were out of cones and then they were completely out of that flavor.
Half of there menu is blacked out. Can you please check what you have on stock now and then?

So the women at the register was multi-​tasking today. She was at the register, shouting out orders, and holding her 4 month old baby. Is it being your baby to work day? … makes you think where is she changing the baby?

No star for this Quickly. So absurd to charge $ 3.50 for the Calamari Rings when you only get barely a handful and OVERLY fried. It’s almost offensive. RIDICULOUS!

If your craving milk tea or specifically in my case an «avocado snow,» LOOK ELSEWHERE!!! Personally, I did not look at the Unilocal reviews for this place and if I did I would would have passed on this location.
I got my first ever «brown» avocado snow ever. Before I ordered I asked if they used real avocados and they said yes. So I was surprised by not only the color but how they explained to me that they use «fresh» avocados from the Freezer! Are you serious??? I asked for another one because I never seen or tasted an avocado snow like the one they made in my life. The 2^nd was just as bad as the 1^st and they truly don’t care about there customers.
I’ve been to many Quickly’s all over the Bay and I can seriously say they all becoming consistently worse. This franchise is becoming a sinking ship and its mainly because these owners don’t take pride in their business.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Didn’t have half the items on the menu. Gave wrong item. The mango tea was weird colour with no real mango taste.

Went there with my sister ordered mango milk tea it was sour it tasted disgusting! Never going back there again!

Regular hot jasmine milk tea tasted disgusting. Quality is sub par compared to other milk tea places. The milk and tea did not blend well at all. This is the first time I’ve had such a bad experience and If they can’t even make something as simple as jasmine milk tea, they should not be serving these drinks. Took a few sips and did not finish the drink. $ 3 wasted

The customer service was horrible. The cashier was on his phone while taking our order. Our drinks weren’t sealed properly! Most definitely not returning here again.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. First the cashier helps out my fiancée, and then goes to sit down. I’m still standing at the register waiting for her to get up to take my order… She didn’t even look up.
So, then I have to verbally tell her that I want to order, too (silly me for thinking that me standing there staring at her with $ in my hand would give her a clue) I give her my order, hand her $ 20 for a $ 3.63 drink. She then gives me $ 1.17 back. I told her I gave her a $ 20. She looks at me like I’m lying to her and begins to frantically check her camera system to make sure I wasn’t lying.
She finally gives me my money, and doesn’t even apologize about not paying attention.
I don’t know how other places work, but if you make a mistake, you apologize.
My fiancée asked if I wanted to leave, but I said «No» and made sure I sat there til she came back out to the front.
She’s still not back.
MAKE SURE YOU VERBALLY TELL THEM HOW MUCH YOU’RE HANDING THEM! CUZ OBVIOUSLY, THEY DONT CHECK…

I should’ve listened to the other reviews. I can’t even taste the tea in their jasmine green tea! I asked them to remake it, but it was the same. Never again.

I unfortunately didn’t have cash, and their credit machine wasn’t working — that I understand.
The associate looked like she hated her job and didn’t care that she couldn’t help me. And here’s the real zinger!!! they didn’t have any tapioca. At 11am. What?

The worst customer service at the cashier. If you hate your job dont put it on the customer who’s paying with their hard earned money. No one is forcing you to cashier and then make drinks in the back. That was your choice to work at quickly. After such a bad experience with the rude employee it ruined the dinner I was having with my family. I had no milk tea and my appetite went with it. I give this place 0.0 (zero point zero) stars. Quickly management give your employees some training or at least a good pep talk. Or else we will see you as another one of those food stores at the mall that were once open and now forever closed.

This quickly doesn’t have half the items on the menu. Service is super slow. You would think in a high demand location, next to a movie theatre and all, that their service quality and pace would be better. But no.
Seriously, go across the street to the other quickly, you’ll thank me later.

Don’t spend your money here.
My cousin ordered a thai tea. It wasn’t filled up all the way.
The cashier misunderstood all of our orders and we had to repeat them several times.
I ordered fried tofu and it was severely undercooked. I couldn’t even finish it; I had to throw half of it out.
Go to a different Quickly.

DO NOT COME TO THIS QUICKLY. THERE IS ANOTHER QUICKLY A BLOCK AWAY
The reason why I say this is because the prices at this store are 1 – 3 dollars more than a normal quickly. I got 2 milk tea tapioca and it came out to almost 7 dollars. SEVEN DOLLARS. Normally getting the 2 drinks would cost around 3 dollars.
If you go out and across the street towards the Red Lobster/​Best Buy across the street, there is another Quickly with the normal prices

Just went to this location and am not happy with what I saw. No one was at the register so after waiting a few minutes finally saw someone at the cooking area and she was on her personal phone making phone calls. After seeing that my boyfriend and I just left and went to the surf city squeeze that’s in the mall instead.

They assigned the unfriendliest unknowledgeable person as the cashier… ugh. That lady was awful. Bad move quickly! Popcorn chicken was good but then their service sucks. I doubt I will go back to this place

The boba is hella hard! And I’m trying to talk to her, she just say «what do u want!» Btw, I order a almond milk tea with lychee jelly. Never come here again! Let u guys know!
