UPDATE1÷11÷2012: I guess these folks really are out of business because I’ve never been able to reach them by phone. So don’t waste your time… ******************************** Does anyone know if these folks are still in business? I called during and after business hours and left messages — no response. I just called during business hours and the«mailbox is full». I’d rather not run down there if they’re no longer in business. And more to the point, if this is HOW they do business, than perhaps their customer service is not good.

My experience has been so far, good. Got a 70″ LEDTV at a good price. No car sales men style haggling. The guys their seem honest to me. The TV works fine, so far with no problem. I agreed with the other post though that there will be no refund(exchange only). However, it was brought up during the transaction and written down on the receipt. So, you have to be sure you want one of those things and if you happen to change your mind, the only option is exchange(if not the same, maybe something similar to it.). Bottom line is, if you are looking for a great deal, this is the place. I would buy from them again for my second TV soon.

They hooked me up with a very nice deal on my new Kenwood stereo CD deck along with the kit to take the stock radio out on my CRV. Very friendly staff, awesome deal.

The guys at ELO gave me a great deal on a Samsung Television. I shopped at video only and they wanted to sell me a 40″ for 949. I went in to see John he had something comparable for 749. No contest. As for the reviewer that wanted a refund after buying a bad tv, most electronics stores have a similar policy. And who buys a tv and doesn’t ask about a return policy.

So I brought my truck in for a new deck, sub and amp. I already had the wires running to the back so I thought it would be an in and out quick flip. They gave me a great deal on all 3 and said they would have it done in 30 minutes. The poor bastard didnt realize that my facotry amp was blown and he has to re wire my whole truck. He told me to bring it back the next day and he would take care of it. He didnt ask me for more money or give me grief he just sighed and did it. I was impressed with his honorable ways so I bought a better deck to help him out. They took my whole truck apart and fixed everything in a hour or so. I was very impressed. If you want shiny displays and fancy sales people dont go here. If you want real car audio people and a good deal, go here. They have a lot of random things for sale, but the main attraction is the old school feel of the people who work there. It feels like you are in your friend’s garage and the prices remind you of a friend hooking it up for you. Good guys, they stay true to thier word and know what they are doing.

I agree with Diana C. This store looks like it also sets up shop at the San Jose flea market. Husband’s coworker bought a Navigon GPS for $ 75, so we thought we’d check it out. Inside the store you’ll find knickknacks, like remote controls, GPS, model cars, XBOX, games, DVD, cameras, an ipod, etc. There’s an adjoining room with TVs, fax machines, a microwave, DVD players. And from that room is a garage for installation. The prices are great, but most are Plasma TVs. Who buys those nowadays? They do have LCD TVs tagged at decent prices, but I would rather shop at Video Only, IMO — at least in Video Only you can do comparison shopping. They had a special deal for car alarms — $ 180 with install. If you want something specific, just be sure to call the store in advance to make it’s something they carry. We went to Fry’s Electronics after. =)

Simply wonderful experience, I saw an add on craigslist for their Televisions & other misc. audio/video hardware. Turned out the guy was 20 min. from my job so I ran over so I could check out what Jon had. I was extremely pleased with not only the prices, but how new the models were. I don’t believe it would be fair to the store owner to disclose what I paid, but I left with a 200850″ 1080p Panasonic plasma feeling it was black Wednesday. If you’re in the market for audio/video hardware, this is the guy to check out. I can’t say enough how pleased I am to get this Television and save myself risk of personal injury and sleep depravation just to MAYBE find at least one of those hot buy items. Customer service was top-notch, my retarded self drove there in a sedan thinking it would fit still inside the box, turns out… that wasnt going to happen. The guys who worked there took the TV out of the box and put it in my rear seats, all safe and snug, the professionalism from these guys was amazing, you just don’t expect that kind of customer service now adays. I should probably mention that they did break down the box in a way that wouldnt compromise it’s sturdiness. I mentioned to them I was moving and would need the box so I could ship it to my new address. The only bad thing I could possibly say about my visit and purchase, is the fact that I’m going to have to wait until December to fire this bad boy up. And if Jon by chance is reading this… see, I told you I was going to write a review for you guys!:). Honestly it’s the least I can do… you guys saved us hundreds of dollars, we were going to just bite the bullet and go for the 720p, but after I came here… we left with the 1080p. Best wishes and happy holidays to everyone, be safe out there my girl and I were watching the coverage this morning(and laughing. just a little.) and it’s m-a-n-e-y out there. Shop smart! –Randy
