Enrique knows what he is doing. He did wonderful work at my pizza shops (both of them). We have two sets of exhaust fans and hood systems. VERY THOROUGH! He cleans from the bottom up and the top down, including the fan blades. My guys could not believe how clean the hoods were.
Is Enrique the cheapest? I’m not sure… I hope not. I know our place is not the cheapest to eat, but we are the best. I think Enrique does top quality work and takes care of your space. I was very specific about making sure he covers our equipment and keeps our place free from any debris or chemicals. He did that.
