Alan Schnidt Concrete is the business you wish to avoid at all costs.
Alan is a lovable fellow, but completely incompetant when it comes to the quality of his work. He refuses to use a level, does not work with a line as he insists that he ‘knows’ what he is doing because «he has done it for so long». The result are block walls that are not straight and level, but look like a child built them.
He is good at digging ditches, and I recommend him for that. Just make sure you don’t pay him up front, or he will not show up when he has promised to do so.
If you want to sabotage your property value, then hire this man. Otherwise, run for your life.
