Very pleased! Hired them to clean my mom’s house since she had knee surgery and won’t be able to do any kind of work for at least a month. I called yesterday and they were able to schedule it for 9am today! That already scored points for me but I was nervous to tell my mom that somebody is going to clean her house– she is a clean freak and a bit of control freak, so I just knew she won’t support the idea of hiring a cleaning service. But it was inevitable, being a retired nurse she has that urge to kill germs:) so I risked and hired Bella Terra’s team. I went to moms house today to see how everything went and what do you think? Mom is impressed! «the girls cleaned as good as she would have cleaned” — that coming from my mom is a big compliment! I’ve also noticed that our hard wood floors were shinier than usual, blinds were cleaned and it smelled very nice. So definitely our first experience with this cleaning service was great, the company is very detail oriented and affordable (45 bucks per hour, where else would you find it?!) i’m thinking of hiring them every 2 or 3 weeks, a little treat for my mother, she’s so worth it:) once again, very pleased!

I’ve been using this cleaning service for 2 months, and i can tell Bella Terra Cleaning is GREAT. I called them and they were able to come at the same day to do an estimate for me. Anna came to do the estimate and on the next day they started to do their job, which was very impressive. i had my bathrooms on really bad condition and now it looks like new. The good thing is a got a discount for referring them to my friends!
I recommend them to everyone who wants to get a good cleaning service.

I called Berra Terra Cleaning Services Wednesday to schedule a cleaning the following day on Thursday at 4pm. We were having a fellow colleague from the East Coast stay with us for the weekend and wanted a once over cleaning before he arrived. They took down my information and said the cleaners would be at my house right at 4pm. She said it would be around 85 including a 15 dollar travel fee. I told them I wouldn’t be home but my boyfriend would be. He left work early to meet them at the house. They weren’t there. An hour later, no call… no show. My boyfriend calls them and they didn’t pick up. I call them from my cell, and a lady picks up right away, I believe a lady named «Julia.» I explain to her what happened and she said she «sent out a team» and that she would call them to see where they’re at and call me back. I wait for 20 mins, no call back. I call them back twice and they don’t pick up.
This cleaning service company completely wasted our time with their unreliability and lack of any kind of customer service. I will never schedule with them again and I don’t suggest to others either.
