Great little gem in normal heights. It’s authentic, the prices are cheap and the service was great. I’ll be coming back.

I have to say I LOVEITHERE, I am here at least 3 times a week sometimes more! It’s the perfect place to relax and do homework! I have been coming here for years especially because everyone who works here is absolutely amazing, SHOUT out to Akram, Bahar, & Sean! They always make me feel welcome and go above and beyond! I am very indecisive when it comes to the flavors I try and I have tried a million of them they are quite patient… they also make the best coffee’s and teas :) If you haven’t been here i’d recommend coming, you won’t be disappointed! Tell them Marissa sent you hahah ;)

This place has become my go to spot for hanging out and smoking hookah and getting some work done, the place is quite with light music playing and some comfortable conversation among the customers. The places has nice hookahs, friendly staff and comfortable chairs to lounge in or write a paper. Cairos has fast wifi and poor cell reception so you better ask for the wifi password(I have wifi calling and iMessage). They have wall outlets all over incase you need to charge your phone or laptop. My favorite house flavors are their Irish Peach and Dragonbreath which as far as I know only Red Velvet Hookah lounge in PB has. If you need a quite place for work and hanging out, this place is great and friendly. On their slower nights the place is an absolute pleasure to hang out and draw in.

Love love love this lounge! The owners and the employees are so friendly and helpful! I love that they come over and asks if you need anything and they replace your coals before you even ask. Their prices are very low, the only hookah lounge I have ever been to with low prices and great service.

Really good hookah, and that should be the most important thing about a hookah lounge. Definitely the best place to smoke your hookah and relax or enjoy a good game on their big flat screens! the service is really good as well.

Great service and atmosphere! I became a regular there after my first visit. The hookah is very affordable compared to most spots and still has great quality. The staff is very welcoming and always takes care of me, even on busy days.

I’m recently new to the area and was referred to this hookah bar by a friend I work with. It was a nice cozy hookah bar also very clean and organized, staff was very friendly with fast service. And the owner was a very friendly guy. I would def recommend coming here for a great hookah and perfect service.

I have had the best of times at this hookah lounge. Shaheen’s hookah spot is stunning. His staff is wonderful and very welcoming. The vibe is on point. There’s a relaxing feel and stunning interior that makes the lounge extra enjoyable. Green tea and a mint hookah for me! Thanks Shaheen!

This place is almost quite literally, a hole in the wall. Came here with a friend of mine just to kick it for a while and chat… I don’t think i’ve ever been in a place where i’ve felt more uncomfortable. Walking in, I had no clue who was running the place because no one was at the counter where you paid for your hookah. Everyone was just gathered around one hookah and watching t.v. It took a minute or two before someone got up to help us. The prices here are as decent as the variety in flavors(and in my opinion, that is just«o.k.»). But the whole inside of the place is relatively«shady» for lack of better wording. VERY dimly lit and not very well ventilated despite the open front and back doors. Needless to say, I was definitely left with this feeling like it would be totally ok if I NEVER went back to this place. p. s. Another hookah joint which doesn’t serve alcohol. WHOMPWHOMP.

My husband and I came here on a Wednesday night. The waitresses were nice. No military discount. We just orderes the hookah which was 18 and change but the sign said $ 12.99. Its not some place I would come to parry since there is no alcohol available there. One thing that did put me off was a guy broke a glass and you could hear the waitress yell from the back«ugh come on man are you serious?» My husband gives them a 4star I give them a 3. We did not use the bathroom so I can’t say if they were decent or not.

This place is legit. That is, if you are familiar with the culture and the way business is conducted in differrnt parts of the world. I frequent this place and have very few complaints. Whats keeping it from getting five stars is their ventilation issue. The front doors are rarely propped open, turning the joint into a suffocating place to be.

Me and a buddy of mine stopped in here at the end of a pub crawl. I just remember tasting a really good hookah, and there was this blonde girl that really took care of us. She really knew what she was doing. What I mean to say is, she really knew how to blow my bowl. I must admit, I was strangely aroused. Is that wrong???

The house shisha is unique and delicious, but they charged us more without consent later after we had agreed to pay for a hookah. There was a face charge they gave us with an extra charge for something we didn’t ask for. The waiters are good and friendly. The coconut coals are better than regular coals. I never felt pressured to leave the store as I have with other hookah bars. The music was strange, though… It is missing something attractive and unique to give it a cooler vibe, but overall I liked this place. Good for a few friends or a small group.

Not really a hooka bar person at all, but this wasn’t bad. Pretty mellow vibe — could definitely tell this was a popular SDSU undergrad hang out. Customer service a bit slow, but friendly. My partner from Austin who was visiting me is something of a hooka connoisseur and commented that the tobacco wasn’t of the highest quality. Lots of space, and quiet. Different than the funky party vibe I’ve experienced at other hooka joints.

Why 4 when it’s so close to 5? I’m only a first-timer here. Don’t want to skew the rating based on one visit, but it was a pretty fun visit, I must say… FORTOURISTS: This is a pretty chill hookah joint, but the locals here can sense when you aren’t from the area. We tried out best to fit in, but it’s like our secret was out! But not to worry, the service was still great. PROS: Hookah tasted very high quality… It was so smooth! Get the Strawberry Margarita. Mood was nice and relaxing. Music isn’t too loud and it wasn’t that crowded for a Saturday night(around 10pm). CONS: Interesting music… If you are going to a hookah join and expecting a lively scene with loud, bumpin’ music, this is not the place for you. Also… it seemed more local friendly, but all in all, good hookah bar. :)

I used to come here all the time with some of my coworkers. The owner is always really nice and always gives us random snacks like candy for free. There’s free wifi and we would just chill out there for a couple hours. Parking sucks though if there isn’t parking in front I always end up parking across the street or near the creepy houses.

Cairos, why did you have to do this? I really want you to be cool. When you were next door in the converted house, it was really uncomfortable but in that quaint, «they’re trying,» kind of way. So you move next door and I’m all excited because it’s all stylized and middle eastern and of course that means we’ll finally have comfortable seating? Nope. The wooden bleachers at Catholic churches are more comfortable than what you put in. And you have no excuse because you just remodeled. Still, the prices are insanely low, the hookah is so good, there is that one good spot near the window, and you’re 4 blocks away … ah, you’ve still got me coming back. But I’m not happy about it.

What a weird place. So, I’m not necessarily the biggest hookah guy. Sure, I’ll wrap my lips around a smokey, apple flavored tube from time-to-time… but if I had 10 great ideas for a way to spend my evening, the hookah would probably come in 8th or 9th. In case you’re wondering, idea #10 would be getting a prostate exam, while idea #1 would be riding Shetland unicorn ponies with Macaulay Culkin while drinking chocolate soy milk in a blizzard of Skittles and Lemonheads. Magic! Cairo seems to be an old house that’s been transformed into a hookah lounge. Upon entry, I wasn’t sure if I was walking into a keg party, or someone’s business. Sure enough, it’s a fully-functioning place to inhale toxic chemicals with your buddies while rockin’ out to the latest top-40 hip hop on a crappy JVC stereo. Personally, I think they should have this music video playing on loop, but that’s just me: The guy working the front room wasn’t the friendliest person I’ve ever encountered, but I didn’t really expect much. Got the apple-flavored tobaccy and took a seat in what appeared to be a church pew. The layout of the place is pretty funky, and the sound of cars whizzing by on Adams was a bit strange… but I got lost in the smooth sounds of T-Pain playing in the distance, so I only noticed the street noise for a moment. The hookah itself was pretty good. Loved the flavor and the owner kept coming by with hot coals to ensure that bitch was pumping excessive amounts of carbon monoxide all night long. They have WiFi if you feel like exposing your laptop to second hand smoke(which I hear is a pretty terrible idea), and they have a happy hour of sorts. From 7:00 — 9:00pm, they give you $ 4 off your total. Word!
