California Pools – San Diego South

I was referred to Joe from a neighbor he quickly brought me over a pool package with lots of cool reading material I though for sure this was my guy. I called him to come out give me a design and quote. He was at my house with in a few days after our phone call. He checked out my back yard which is a blank slate and took his measurements and told me he would start designing and let me know within a week.
Well a week goes my and I shot him over a text to check on with him. No response. I gave it a full day and called him, no answer! So I left a message. I assumed since I called him in the evening he was busy. I gave it another full day and zero response. So I called one last time two days ago and still haven’t gotten a response.
I understand if you too busy or if maybe you don’t want to do the job. As a customer I would have appreciated more professionalism and gotten a response back. The fact that he has yet to respond to me is a complete lack of respect. I am glad he showed me this now instead of after me wasting a ton of money for him to do my project.

Joe Marsh is the best! Very professional and wants to make sure you get exactly what you want. Joe took so much time out of his day to day schedule to make sure we were all on the same page. It was a great experience and we love our new pool :) Thank you!!!

There are few times in life when you’re able to purchase something so expertly designed and crafted. Joe designed and built an exception backyard experience that we will enjoy for years to come. We added tropical plants and a BBQ island to finish off the atmosphere. CA Pools took our vision and made it become our reality despite long delays and a full year later still dealing with poor workmanship.
