I wish I could put into words the stupidity the so called “general manager” just displayed. She messed up our order, tried to give us Swiss cheese when we said SWEET TEA, and didn’t understand we wanted to add onto our order when she asked “anything else” and we responded “yes.” Apparently that is above her pay grade. People like this are why minimum wage should be 50¢.

The general manager has no idea what she’s doing. I’m not even kidding when I say this is the worst fast food place I’ve been in my life. Don’t order anything she’ll mess it up and then charge you for her mistakes. She’s a liar and she’s fat.

I have eaten here a bunch of times over the past 2 decades and they have always done a good job in regards to their service and food. Not much else to say really, so I will just give them the 4-​Star rating they deserve.
NOTE: This is a better Carl’s Jr. than the one over in Kearny Mesa, which is not saying the Kearny Mesa location is bad, its just that its not as good as this one and the difference is noticeable.
