However, unlike their claim not all their movers are Veterans, one of the gentleman that showed up definitely wasn’t a Veteran and the work ethic/respect wasn’t there. 2. They DROPPED one of my nightstands DOWNTHESTAIRS, it gouged my wall, and broke a little, thankfully no one was at the bottom of the stairs because they would have been seriously injured, I got nothing but a «sorry about that» of course from the gentleman that wasn’t a Veteran. 3. absolutely NOTHING was tied down/secured had to be VERYCAREFUL when opening the Uhual door at the final location because a LOT of stuff shifted. 4. When it was all done, and it came time to pay, despite being told on the phone they could take credit cards, they changed their tune and stated cash or certified check only, so I paid cash and asked for a receipt, they looked at me like I was crazy for asking for a receipt making me wonder if they have a business license or if they just prefer to do things under the table. They did in the end email me a receipt, but i thought it was interesting they didn’t have it set up to provide that. I’ve read plenty of good reviews, and i’m sure if you get the right movers they would have been fine. Unfortunately, that wasn’t my experience. I
