Clearly this place paid or promised work to the person who gave them them 5 stars. i also wish I could give them a zero. This business has the interest of first themselves, second the owner, last the renter. They had me sign a lease for 2 parking spaces in a condo. I found out from a security guard it came with 1. They failed to rectify the problem and ignored my calls/emails. They even pretended to walk around the garage with me to try and find it during our walk through. Said theyd«get back to me» never heard a word. The place then got infested with bird mites. They hired the cheapest most incompetent exterminator to do a basic spray, then insisted my dog was the reason and wanted to have me pay for it. After moving out, and calling them insisting their is a bird in the attic. they finally hired people to look for it and magically found a hole entering the attic and birds! It was so bad I first thought I had lice as they would crawl up my neck into my hair while i sat on my couch. Did they care? No. They care who paid. Over a week I was displaced and they could care less. Plan on paying for proffessional carpet cleaning and proffessional cleaning upon move out, in addition to them keeping part of your deposit. If there is a problem, they will do anything to have the renter pay for it. They will be unresponsive to your requests, and do not have your best interest in mind. NEVERRENTFROMTHEM

My husband and I rented a two-bedroom apartment through chase pacific for one year. Chase pacific is not a trustworthy company and lied to us a few times. They charged us almost $ 400 dollars after we already cleaned the apartment and during the move-out inspection Ryan said it looked really clean and wouldn’t need a lot of cleaning ! Linda case lied to about about when the next tenant would move in which caused us around $ 1000 dollars in extra spend … etc. I would not recommend this business, and they lost us as customers for sure !

Chase Pacific Property Management is a great property management company! The property managers are professional and very responsive when problems arise; and unfortunately they do. I can tell you that as a vendor they hold us to the highest standards including making sure all of our insurance documentation is in order. If your are a property owner who uses their services, this means that your property is receiving careful attention and any work done at your property is being done by true professionals. If you are a tenant, this means that any problems you may experience will be handled in a timely manner by qualified professionals who have been highly scrutinized before they enter your home.

Chase Pacific has been my property management for about a year now. After kicking us out of the first house we rented from them due to the owner wanting to sell the house, I understood that but put a ton of stress on my wife, daughter and I, we cleaned the place up and had it inspected by them and they raved about how great the place looked and offered to waive the«professional» cleaning fee for us and the new application fees in writing via email. We were excited about that as we spent hours cleaning the house once the house was empty and really needed the money. We rented another place from them«big mistake» and when it came time to receive our deposit back from them they decided to charge us $ 180 for the«professional» cleaning and $ 60 for the application fees. When I questioned them about these charges, they started quoting the rental agreement and completely went against the waiver they promised us. I resent the email that was sent to me that explained they were going to waive the professional cleaning fee and application fees but they still would not honor their word. This was incredibly disappointing especially since they claim to be a Christian company and quote scripture on their website and in their office. Beware when choosing Chase Pacific as your property management, they are dishonest and unprofessional.

Disclaimer: I have not rented a property from this company. I saw an advertisement posted online for a property from Chase Pacific and inquired via phone and email to set up a showing within minutes of the ad being posted. I was given a time the following week to view the house, and was told there would be a few other interested parties there(not uncommon from other properties in the area that we have viewed). My partner and I showed up to the viewing to find a note on the door explaining that the viewing would take place 30 minutes later — in short, Ryan had forgotten the keys to the property and needed to grab them from the office(20+ miles away from PB — how would that only take 30 minutes?) Forty-five minutes past the hour that the viewing was to start, there was still not a property manager in sight, but there were THIRTYEIGHT other people waiting on the street to view the house. I’ve never seen such a complete disrespect for people’s time from a management company. Forgetting the keys to a showing is one thing(I guess), but telling that many people to come to a house viewing is absolutely ridiculous. My S.O. and I are capable renters, as explained in my first communication to Ryan, with excellent credit scores, great rental history, and tremendous jobs. Had it been made known that we were viewing the home with as many people as we were, we would not have taken the time out of our busy workday to attempt to make the showing. I understand the concept of an open house, but we were misled to believe that we were viewing the home with a handful of potential renters(not 35+). What a joke. We didn’t have the pleasure to meet Ryan face-to-face, as he never showed and I had a meeting to attend, since this was in the middle of the day during the week. As a real estate broker myself, I truly appalled by this lack of professionalism.

DONOTUSETHISPROPERTYMANAGEMENTCOMPANY! I would have given them zero stars, but there wasn’t a space for that. Those who have rated this business highly apparently have not had the kind of negative experience that I had. These people are dishonest and unprofessional. Their dereliction of duty caused me to be faced with a situation that could potentially cost me thousands of dollars. This is because they lied about making a very crucial mistake involving my tenant and me. Rather than own up to their mistake, they chose to make me their scapegoat and it cost me lots of money to fight them, DON’T LETTHISHAPPENTOYOU! DONOTHIRETHESECROOKS! They even go so far as to put a religious message on their answering machine to convince people that they have scruples. BELIEVEME, THEYDONOT!!!

If you want your property managed by a caring, compassionate, trusting, and client orientated mangement company: LOOKELSEWHERE!!! CHASEPACIFIC Property Management Services Inc. owned and operated by CHERYLBERKSON, is NONEOFTHESETHINGS! As a tenant of one of their managed properties I was treated unfairly, discrimminated against and forced out onto the streets with my 12 year old son. This shortly after the death of my husband and the father of my son. CHASEPACIFIC and CHERYLBERKSON should be ashamed of their business practices and her license should be revoked for violating the CODEOFETHICS standards and requirements agreed to and that are mandatory by the State of California
