Domino’s Pizza

Tried to use T-​mobiles Tuesday free pizza coupon but their server is conveniently down today!
What a load of crap! This place sucks on a regular day and now they suck more on a free day. I rather go to Mesa Pizza $ 5 medium 1 topping pizza. Plus it taste better too.

Pretty incompetent people work here. Now I realize that these folks aren’t getting paid a lot and working at a pizza place (or delivering pizzas) isn’t exactly a glamour job, but it would be nice if once in awhile, they could get things right. I order from this location fairly frequently for my students who have to stay and do lab work late into the evenings. Because I am gluten-​free and Dominos is the only major chain that has GF crust, I order from them with regularity. But it doesn’t seem to matter what day I order, they can never find our room on campus. Last time we ordered, we waited more than an hour and a half for delivery. When I called to voice my frustration, the guy on the phone was extremely unsympathetic and unwilling to compensate me for the long wait time. Once they finally did get our order to us, the GF pizza was nowhere to be found! I complained to corporate, who said this was an independent franchise, and so far I haven’t heard back from anyone. Will not be ordering from here again any time soon until we are compensated for the bad service and incorrect order.

I hope this is the one that Tiffany works at. She provided exceptional customer service. She was very patient and catered to my needs. She was very kind and I hope that all workers will follow her lead. Thank you.

Cheap Pizza, its OK. On time and hot… will make a turd eventually. Nothing to write home about its Domino’s. You want good you got to pay for it, you wont have to here.

I love dominoes! I order it all the time, it’s my #1 pick over all places that deliver.
I always use the app to order it’s super helpful and easy.
Tonight I ordered and my order was correct, it didn’t take longer than expected and what I did eat was delicious…
Although when i took a bite into (my) second piece half way through I found a hair :/​it was a short hair, I just couldn’t eat anymore pizza after that

Worst service I have ever received from a business. I ordered pizza online in which it appeared to have cheese on it. Well to my surprise it did not. All my orders have always had cheese, well done, easy or little sauce. So pizza had lots of sauce, no cheese. So I called store and first person said he would do it, but then his manager told him no. So I spoke with Loreen his manager, she said it was my fault and not her error. That they even called and L/​M. Of course I missed the call. So even then, I offered to come to store and pick up new pizza. She said no, then I said can you just put cheese on pizza and I will come to store. Still rude, and I will not order from Domino’s again.

Please learn how to give and accurate time for pick up of one pizza. Do not quote 10 – 15 minutes, when I arrive at the store 20 minutes later and still have to wait another 10.
Also be careful of cook times please, a couple times including today my pizza has been burned.

BY FAR THE WORST DELIVERY PIZZA I HAVE EVER HAD! Took forever, food was cold, and order was wrong. I guess it’s to hard to be an Idiot and take a correct phone order. DONT USE THIS PLACE! Deserves negative stars

Placed online order at 930 to recieve a unprofessional voicemail from employee David saying they accepted the order but forgot, when I ask for the manager he yells across the room, the female manager couldn’t take the time out from MAKING pizza. Not mine obviously. Ask me to hold. What kind of customer service is that. It’s 11 now and no pizza because they said 2 hours unless I wanna pick it up.

Bros. this pizza was spectacular. I always thought it was ok. But it has become delicious. Especially after some beers. Well seasoned, hot, good cheese. We ordered another one.

As one can tell. We were loaded during this review. Either way… I don’t regret that pizza.

It’s Domino’s…they stick to their franchise recipes/​menu, so it is hard to mess up.
I have never had a pizza arrive late or bad customer service. We have ordered from them for the past year and a half with no problems and we will continue to order from them until we transfer to my husbands next duty station. Keep up the good work!

Fabulous delicious pizza, really like the driver that delivered to us the other day. A little on the pricey side though, usually runs us about $ 40 for two pizzas and a small order of bread bites. Highly recommend.

This customer service has been so much better here lately and I am really pleased with the manager Lauren I think her name is! She is so friendly and made my visit 100% better. My entire house has been coming here for years and I have had quite a few problems in the past but now I give them 5 stars because they deserve it. Thanks Lauren and all the friendly people there !

I live by here. So this is my go to spot for pizza for the most part. When I am lazy and don’t feel like driving, I like to order here.
They usually have pretty good specials. I think dominoes has gotten a lot better than they were in the past.

My order was supposed to be here 20min ago. We called to find out what was going on. Not only were we placed on hold twice for 5 min, we were also given subpar satisfaction by a gentleman who said we would get a credit and they would «deliver the pizza». I’m quite disappointed in this store. We have been using it since we moved, but I suppose we will start utilizing a new one. This is the third time we’ve had a pizza take too long or go missing.
The taste of the pizza is always spot on and the drivers are always apologetic and polite when they come to the door. The only reasons I leave any stars.

I boy cotter dominos for over 20 years.
I was willing to try it after their new campaign of correcting/​revamping their recipes.
I got 2 oizzas, 1 kids, 1 adult and they both… stunk.
I can now go another 20 years without that.
I gave 1 star for it being warm and 1 star for good service. BUT — That can’t compensate for poorly made pizza… ingredients — no thanks… missing quality and I’m surprised people buy this. But with shows like biggest loser and my 600 lb life, I guess are some of their most loyal customers.

Well, I notified corporate of the issue and it was quickly resolved. The manager on duty the night we called in to give them another try was Tiffany ans she did right by us. I think the pizzas were as good as dominos can make them. It wasn’t Tiffanys fault but thanks to her we left happy. I think if we ever order there again we will first make sure she is working!

Yes, I know this is domino’s and not some foodie artesian pizza place. Yes, I know that expectations should be low on a franchise. And yes, I know you get what you pay for… but come on! REALLY? I work at a 24÷7÷365 facility. Tonight someone’s kin decided to buy us 10 pizzas for the holidays… so nice right? Well the thought was. The pizzas were horrible. They looked like they had been sitting under a heat lamp all day. Burnt and spongy at the same time… how does that happen? Hardly any sauce. By far the worst «domino’s» I have ever had the displeasure of trying to eat. blech…
Even worse is my supervisor called the joint to speak to the manager about this and she wouldn’t get on the phone! SERIOUSLY? What kind of manager doesn’t get on the phone to speak to a customer about a complaint. She had the delivery driver be the go between. Christine the manager… you lack leadership and are doomed to fail professionally if that is the way you manage…

So I receive this from a Katheryn J… hopefully she is neither employed nor affiliated with Domino’s Pizza… because I am pretty sure this kind of contact and harassment would be frowned upon by the establishment… just sayin… It’s called an opinion sweetheart… its what grown folks have…

Ordered 10 pizzas. I paid for these in conjunction with a $ 20 credit the manager gave me for having my pizza delivered over an hour and a half later after ordering the first time a month ago!
The pizzas were burnt on top! What?! Burnt pizzas from a conveyer belt timing oven system?
When I called to complain I was offered a $ 40 dollar credit this time. Unacceptable, I don’t want to order from you anymore. I want the pizzas, cooked correctly. Nope, that’s all my manager will do.
She did not have the courage to speak with me directly. Manager, Christina, had the delivery driver make the call back to field my complaint. Ah, classy.

Bought the 2 items for $ 5.99 each deal and got it delivered.
The 2 topping medium pizza I ordered as my first item was ok. I got 4 different toppings, but half pizza each, so it was the same price as 2 toppings. I didn’t like how the tomatoes aren’t fresh, they seem to be out of a can. Papa Johns uses fresh diced tomatoes which I really like. Also, my pizza was cut pretty unevenly which is annoying when you’re sharing the pizza.
The second item I got was the baked pasta. It comes with penne pasta, your choice of sauce, and 3 toppings. I got the alfredo sauce, mushrooms, chicken, and shredded parmesan cheese. There were literally 4 pieces of mushroom. The pasta was burnt and got stuck to the bottom of the tray. and the cheese was practically nonexistent. The only good thing about this pasta was the chicken. It was nice and tender.
Also, delivery itself was good. Estimated delivery time is 25 – 35 minutes and my order arrived exactly 35 minutes later.
