Best donuts in town and the people are so generous. If you get there the time there closing they will give you 2 or 3 donuts for free =) love this place. Keep it up

The ham and egg bagel sandwich was tasty, but the reason why I go to donut shops is for the donuts! I had to try the blueberry cake donut, because that’s my «go-to» donut… and this place does it right! The cake was moist and the glaze was perfectly layered on. If you like donuts and you are in the area… give this place a try!

Best donuts in 4s Ranch! I came across this store while working off Sequence in Mira Mesa. To my surprise they opened one up in my hood. Great addition to our plaza. I come here to get my faves, blueberry or the bacon maple. Excellent when I need that dose of sugar. Each time my friends are over, they have to get a helping.

Just came to this donut shop for donuts and coffee for a meeting. This lady had the worst attitude. I asked her for honey she said they don’t have honey for my bagels. How am I suppose to eat without honey? Than I left my tea and donuts on table I told her I’m Gonna go to the store and get honey . I came back she threw my donuts away. Than she started arguing with me saying its your fault? I thought the customers always right. Worse service ever!!!

2 days in a row I came in for a sandwich, 2 days in a row no bread? Not sure if I will come back to this place with subway right next door.

I’ve been coming here for years and this place is great. The people are friendly and service is good. I love the sandwiches especially the fact they use shredded ice berg lettuce and boars head. The owners do a great job! Keep up the good work!

I wanted to give this place more stars, but unfortunately this weekend I got the ham and cheese croissant that was not fully baked, as it was doughy and bubbly in the center, there was no flakiness or layers to the croissant at all. I should have not ordered this by how it looked, it was stretched out and flat. Never again will I order this! I do like their blue berry donuts, I’d come back for that.

Very good donuts if you get them anytime before 12pm. Soft and fresh. They are pricier than your regular«$ 0.79−0.99» donuts. They start at $ 1.25 and up but if you get them fresh, they’re worth the extra quarter or so. They have bagels/sandwiches as well.

Really! I donut eat doughnuts! I know they are not good for me… but sometimes I need to do bad things. My last days in San Diego, I succumbed to the Donut Touch store just next to the place I had been staying for two months. «It’s okay!», I said to myself, «Just sample them to verify they are okay. It’s a Unilocal thing. Then you can write a nice review and be done with it». I went over on a Monday morning and ordered a glazed doughnut, a french doughnut and an old fashioned glazed doughnut. Just the classics. No, I did not stuff them into my mouth before I got my change back, and I walked outside and got into the truck without them being touched. This was for science. The glazed doughnut was fresh, fragrant, soft and full of flavor! My stomach was doing back flips and crying«More! More!». My brain said, «Calm down. Science.» I ate the french doughnut. Ohhhhh! The taste the egg in the dough! Fresh scents of egg and the large air pockets from the fry waft as I take a bite. The lite texture! The sophistication! God bless the French! Another home run doughnut of a different nationality. Last was the old fashion. The cake doughnut with a hint of buttermilk and a texture that let me know it meant business! None of that fluffy French doughnut sophistication; here is a doughnut with all the sugar and twice the cake! If you donut get that sugar-high with the French doughnut, the old fashioned doughnut is that supercharger that dumps it all into the bloodstream at once. On Tuesday, I went back for a repeat — only there were no more old fashioned doughnuts. Someone had eaten them all! I got an old fashioned doughnut bar instead. I also got a maple bar… and that was good too. I do not recommend that anyone ever eat so many doughnuts at one time, but if you must, Donut Touch is the place to do it. Donut Touch serves honest doughnuts. Fresh, full of flavor and the proper texture that a doughnut is suppose to have. If you have never eaten a properly cooked doughnut, you will certainly get it at Donut Touch.

I see someone already took the DONUTTOUCH my donuts joke. :( Anyways… Great donuts. It’s a little pricey, but you get what you pay for. I make sure to stop here at least once a week, and they have great cffee as well. Try it out, you won’t be disappointed!

Donut Touch… my donuts. Get your own! Get it? Honestly, I don’t know if that’s the word play they were going for. But that’s besides the point. You’re coming to Donut Touch for donuts, not ha-has. And good donuts they are. Today, I kept it simple and picked out a maple bar and glaze round. The donuts have that nice chewy texture that I enjoy. There is a small hint of friedness, but they don’t weigh you down. The glaze is sweet, and the maple frosting is delicious. I’ve been here a time before, and they had a maple bacon, but not this time. They have the usual assortment of donuts, and they also have bagels and sandwiches if that’s your preferred breakfast food. There was a bit of a line here in the morning(7am ish), but there were plenty of people behind the counter to keep it moving. Definitely a good donut spot here in Mira Mesa.

They’re getting three stars because the maple bacon doughnut was pretty good. Otherwise, don’t bother. They’re slow, the coffee was crap and poorly advertised, and the cinnamon rolls were on the board but«that’s an old board with stuff we don’t carry anymore.» Haha wow.

I’ve driven by Donut Touch a few times and i’ve been wanting to come in. Mainly because of the name, Donut Touch. Lol. I still laugh when I say it. Donut Touch. hahahhaha. Such a clever name. I was craving a bagel and since the bagel place I knew of was closed I found out Donut Touch had more than just donuts. They have bagels and sandwiches too! I came in late in the morning though so the majority of the bagels were gone. I love salmon & cream cheese bagels so I was excited they had it on the menu. It was delicious. More cream cheese than salmon but it’s ok. The salmon was cut up into the cream cheese spread which i’ve never seen before. I’ll definitely get it again. It’s a light breakfast/snack. I ordered for my dad a bacon, egg & cheese croissant and it was amazing. I wish I had ordered that instead. Definitely the best thing that I ordered that day. I ordered the blueberry donut as well. I’ve had blueberry donuts before and this one was ok. It’s on the smaller side of the donuts I am used to. Definitely a good spot for breakfast. I’ll be back soon.

They taste good and are moist and fairly quick to get my order together, however I’m very disappointed that I asked for a pumpkin one and didn’t get any :(

Donut shops in Mira Mesa are as rare and exotic as 75 degree days here. They’re all over the place and finding a decent one requires a ruthless trial-and-error regimen that few donut enthusiasts will ever have the determination to follow. I am not such a donut enthusiast — give me something fairly tasty and not too greasy and I’m all aces. Donut Touch is just that kind of place. Timing is everything. If you roll in late and/or see the cases half full, accept that you will either be eating old donuts or cut your losses and just leave. But if you get there early, they’re usually wheeling out trays of fresh donuts fairly regularly and those are the ones you want. Don’t be shy to ask the person taking your order to pull your treats from the fresh ones. The cake donuts are the best by far– melt-in-your mouth good. Blueberry cake is my fave, but the red velvet is dyn-o-mite as well. The bars and bear claws are solid as well. But the honey glazed ones just don’t seem to cut it– I’ve tried these on a couple of different occasions and they always leave a bit of a greasy aftertaste. It’s hard to describe, but it’s almost like your mouth is coated with a strange film for the next half hour. I’ve never had that problem with the cake donuts. The bagels are fresh and excellent and donut holes are always an option. If it’s your turn to bring in the donuts to work on Friday, Donut Touch will do the trick — just choose wisely…

Came here to grab some donuts for some coworkers while I was working remotely from our HQ office. Kinda bummed because their dozen was only 12. I know that sounds funny, but lots of donut places have 13 or 14 donuts in total when you purchase a «dozen». I came in around 9:30. I know the best time to get donuts is early in the mornings, but I was disappointed that there were tons of shelves empty and I was only left with donuts that were either chocolate or glazed. They did have two maple bars, but I took those two, so no more of those left. They didn’t have any with sprinkles or any donuts with just sugar and they only had raspberry jelly filled donuts. I probably won’t be back because I’m never in this area. One of the girls working behind the counter was kinda moody, but the lady who helped me was kind, attentive, and quick.

I’m not a huge doughnut person(too much like cake) so I love that Donut Touch has both doughnuts and bagels, plus coffee. A little something for everyone. I will say that their apple fritter is delicious(don’t ask me why, but I can suspend my dislike of cake for those.) The coffee is also pretty good, though I just had the basics, none of the fancy Mocha blended stuff or whatever. This is a busy place, servicing all the hungry, sugar craving worker bees in surrounding Sorrento Mesa. But you never feel like you’re waiting all that long, nor do you feel rushed when it’s your turn. They’ve somehow managed to make it all work and get you in and out with efficiency. I’m glad I work nearby so I can grab breakfast or lunch whenever I want. I wouldn’t necessarily make a special drive out here.

Went there around 7am because I was craving a red velvet donut and some kona coffee. Fortunately, the parking lots not too busy in the morning. One other guy in front of me and the line was moving fast. I ordered a red velvet & kona coffee. I was muling over getting the maple bacon but ended up just those two. I told the cashier I was happy they were open early. He told me they open at 5am. Good to know! For future reference. I never noticed before but there is a cute framed picture of a grandma and baby on her lap. I am sure there is a great story behind that.

I think their dozen of «regular» donuts is a little pricey(I am used to paying $ 6 – 7) but they are pretty big. Their dozen is like $ 10. It’s convenient for me since I work nearby. I swing by and pick up donuts for the office on potluck days. I LOVE their chocolate donut holes! Good priced for a dozen. $ 2.25/ dozen

This place gets pretty busy on Friday mornings, but they definitely keep a good amount of donuts and bagels. Came here to grab donuts for work. $ 15.50 for a dozen and a half isn’t bad. I wasn’t sure what to get so I got a mix of donuts. When I got to work I tried the apple fritter. The donut was good. A couple other co-workers had mentioned the dough was really good. Many asker where the donuts were from. They were a huge hit at work.
