Left a chain with them for 3 weeks and they did nothing i came in 3 times and was never told it was going to take longer they never touched it l. Worst customer service I’ve ever had DONOT GO HERE!!!

Bent/​lost the second pin on my seiko watch band. After replacing the first at the mall. I searched out a local shop on Unilocal.Literal mom and pop shop. Minerva and Arturo helped me. Told me they wanted to find the correct pin and if I could leave my watch. Left it there an asked them to clean my watch while it was there. They polished the face, backing and band. Watch looks new. Probably the best price in the area and they are an approved seiko dealer.

Bought myself a silver necklace with a silver, blue eyeball (to guard against mal de ojo, yes I believe in that). The employees were super helpful and showed me various items similar to what I was looking for. They sell gold, silver, and body jewelry of different metals.
They have payment plans so that’s great if you need it, you just cannot get your item until you make the last payment.
They do not have parking so you will have to look for street parking which tends to be a bit difficult since they are on a main street, but just go into a side street and you will be fine… lock your doors though!

I have also come here over the years and have loved their quick thinking. I had a expensive watch that need another link to make it fit. They thought outside the box and were about to make it work. Cost five dollars. Most watch places quoted me $ 60.00 to order another link. I would rather bring them my business and have several times.

I’ve been going to this place for about 3 years now. The people there are kind, understanding and honest. They can pretty much personalize everything for $ 5 and if you take them a picture of a piece of jewelry you like they can re-​create it for you. Plus, they’re always having specials.
