The video store is completely dilapidated. The owners make no attempt to pay for any upgrades! Most of the employees are nice, however, they have very little knowledge of the movies they have on the shelves! Every time I ask, «do you know what this movie is about?» I always get the same response, «I haven’t seen it.» The store is really nothing to boast about but worth visiting. The lines can become upsetting very quickly! There’s usually only ONE person working. If the owners were business savvy, they’d put another employee behind the counter between 6pm to 9pm Thursday through Sunday. By doing so, it will cut down on the congestion and boost profitability! When you see how long the line is at 7:45p on a Friday night and dinners waiting, your gonna walk right out and head to the nearest RedBox!!! I don’t even go anymore during those peak hours! The thing I like the most are the prices. New releases are $ 1.99 for two day rental and they’re considered new for up to four months. Older movies are .99cts for three day rental(that beats RedBox). The down side, nothing is really categorized! Blue-rays are with blue-rays, kid movies are in the back, Spanish movies are on the first shelf right when you walk in. If you’re looking for Action, good luck! How about Romance, sorry buddy, can’t help! Your better off just walking up to the counter with a title in mind and asking the person behind the counter!

This is the worst business I can recall doing business with in recent memory! After realizing that they sell defective merchandise and have no refund or exchange policy I asked for the owners name, the so-called manager lied to me and said there was no owner. If I could figure out the owners name I would take them to small claims and teach them about the implied warranty of merchantability law. Do not do business with these people, they will rip you off after taking forever to help you to purchase their defective merchandise. It’s name should be Super Slow Video and Total Rip Off.

Ahh, the«local» video store, a blast from the past. Unlike Hollywood Video(remember them? Lol) and Blockbuster they have the«back room», blocked off by tarps or shower curtain. The magical room all little boys tried to sneak into as kids. The lines can be long and slow moving, people trying to decide what to rent, the cashier suggesting different movies. New releases go quick, 2 day rentals, $ 2.16 after tax for bluray rentals, a dollar less for dvd’s. They also sell vhs tapes, remember those?! Although it seems like there are a lot of different dvds to rent, which there are, there is a lot of redundancy on the shelves. Besides that, bring an I.d. and utility bill for your free membership. 3 stars for the«back room».
