Online price was $ 66 when I showed up they tried to tack on an additional $ 13 a month for insurance. Insurance is supposedly required for their facility. Who do they think they are the DMV go fuck yourselves

I went to rent a storage unit here and the customer service was great! It was an easy and smooth process and the employees there (Tom and Stephanie) were super friendly and seemed like they really cared!
Would definitely recommend renting a storage unit here!

Extra space storage was extremely helpful setting up a nice large 10×25 unit. Rented the space for about 3 months and had zero issues when I wanted to move my stuff out. Some places try to charge you for leaving mid-​month but they were awesome about only charging me for the exact time I used. It was nice and clean and always felt like my stuff was safe.

I rented a storage there recently and their customer service is horrible (especially Sandra). They have only one cart available to accommodate more than 200 storage space. Their elevator always brakes. I will move to another storage unit as soon as the contract is over. .
Furthermore, this storage place always fluctuate the price of the storage compare to other storage that I had rented in the past. I believe once you sign up to particular price, it should stay the same. The new rate should be applied to the new people that just or about to sign up to the storage. PLEASE DO NOT RENT FROM THIS STORAGE FACILITY!!!
