Love this place! I always get the Grilled Cheese Feta with extra peppercini and a lentil soup and it’s delicious every time. This place is super clean, friendly and they get you out of there quickly even when it’s busy. The fact that these places are family owned makes it better!

Love the avocado turkey wrap, it has a lot of veggies too. I haven’t tried it with the dill sauce so I don’t know if that is good or not but it doesn’t need sauce. There’s no point in wasting the calories. Good service, quick easy lunch

When I am in a hurry and want to grab and go, this is the way to to do it. $ 5 grab and go special on the counter, all ready to go, tax included. They do not take AMEX, no biggy. I have visited several in San Diego and this one is my favorite due to ease of parking and speed of service.

Not a bad deli to literally grab a sandy and dip out quick, and for cheap. I always get the grab and go special which comes with mortadella, salami, provolone, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pepperoncinis, oil and vinegar for only $ 5! Love that deal! The bread is always fresh and has good flavor. A great«go to» sandwich.

Great place. They are always quick and accurate orders. Amazing salads and great vegetarian options for subs. They’re always friendly and greet with a smile. Family owned and operated.

Nice folks, friendly service. Had the Ham and provolone sub and a coconut macaroon for dessert. Will be back for more

I ordered a sub called The Italian, it should have been called the vegitarian there was a color around the lettuce that I think may have been cold cuts but it was a roll filled with shredded lettuce. What a rip off things have changed at this place I won’t go back

Fresh and tasty! I recently visited this establishment for lunch, and expected a tasty sandwich of which I had previously been familiar with at other Grab & Go locations. I have yet to be let down! Very fresh and quite flavorful. The vegetables were crisp and the bread in itself quite pleasing. It was actually brought to my attention by the manager that they have their bread baked fresh daily, which by all means deserves five stars on its own. Being family owned and consistently satisfying to the palate, I will definitely revisit this location.

Cheap and easy. Not great things in a potential mate, but awesome ones in a sandwich place! The store name is literal. Nine times out of ten, you can walk in, grab one of their premade(but fresh!) Italian subs and go(after paying, of course)! That sub is a whopping $ 5 and beats the pants off anything Subway could possibly concoct. Previously, I was indifferent about Grab & Go. Then, I had a hot pastrami sandwich and I am forever changed. The sub was absolutely delicious! A boatload of nice, greasy pastrami, with crispy bits from the flattop. Lettuce, tomato, onion, pepperoncinis, oil and vinegar complete the sandwich. Love.

Nice little place! They have a variety of tasty sandwiches and their lentil soup is damn good to grab too. The bread is baked fresh daily here. I really like the grilled feta with added chicken. And the eggplant sub is my new favorite. The eggplant has a good amount of eggplant and mozzarella with marinara. Each sandwich or wrap that I have had has been really tasty. If your in the area and on a time crunch, you can call your order in ahead of time. They offer a $ 5 sandwich, but for some strange reason, I haven’t tried this one yet!(one of these days, I will) And they sell Dirty Chips! I had never heard of dirty chips until I ordered them from here. I am a fan. I thought Dirty Chips? My dirty mind liked the name of the chips. My functional mind was wondering what they meant by dirty, thinking are these loaded chips. Dirty Chips is simply the brand name. So for other who have a dirty mind, get past the name of the chips and you will be just fine. This place really is a grab and go. Limited seating inside — maybe less than five tables. There are several small tables outside too.

I’m reviewing from a service standpoint. I like the Grab n Go sub sandwich; but my experience at this place has not been pleasant. The manager/owner was at the counter at 10 minutes to 3(their closing time) on a Thursday and was already closing down the cash register. She informed me that the kitchen was closed. So, since my kids actually like the bread and usually end up picking stuff out of the sandwich except for the meat and cheese, I asked if I could just buy the bread rolls – since I’d been able to do that at several Grab n Go locations, INCLUDING this one in the past. She said that her policy was NOT to sell just the rolls; and besides, they were completely out of bread. I saw behind her in the kitchen, bags of rolls on the shelves. She followed my eyes, then added that those rolls were for the following day. Hmm.. . I understood that they receive fresh shipments of rolls every day for sandwiches. So, I guess this woman serves day old bread.. . Like I said, I really like the sandwich; but I will make a point to go to other locations – not this one. That manager/owner lied and has horrible customer service.

Yes, this place is known for sandwiches, but they also make a delicious lentil soup that begs to be noticed. Coupled with my lentil soup, I also had them make me a half of Spicy Turkey Avocado Jack, not because it had my name, but it sounded like a good combination of ingredients. The lentil soup arrived steaming hot from the pot filled with tender lentils with a sparing use of cooked down onions and peppers.( ) The soup had a hearty lentil flavor with a touch of savory. My sandwich was also very good and came packed with fresh lettuce and tomatoes.( ) The turkey was not only very tasty, but spicy indeed, not at Jerk level, but a noticeable spicy.( ) This sandwich was very good and all the ingredients jelled very well together.( ) I would order this again. The service was very nice at this location. The lady at the front was very helpful and friendly. I liked that she engaged in conversation regarding their product. Great lentil soup…

Grab & Go is probably my favorite sub place. Ever. The bread is perfect. My favorite sandwich is the Vegetarian with pepperjack cheese instead of provolone and chipotle mayo. The service is friendly and the food is fresh. Woo hoo! I wish there was more seating though. Oh, and if they were open later and if they delivered(I used to work for Jimmy Johns which is a college town sub shop that delivers until 3am) I would give them 5+ stars. But you can’t have it all I guess. Either way, it’s my favorite place sub place so far. :)

Quality meats and ingredients, but not a fan of the bread rolls. Bread is very bland and overwhelms the entire sandwich. Decent, gets the job done. Service is quick. The real stars of the show are the gigantic cookies on the front counter.

This place is pretty good… the sandwiches taste good, and they are usually pretty fast with your order. Not much else to say really… I like that they just call your number.

A decent sandwich, but a weird ordering system… and no one explains how to order. The cashier wasn’t very friendly & she didn’t acknowledge my order, she just told me the total. I would prefer a different sandwich place, where you can see them and be able to tell them what to put on your sandwich(because they make this in the back-room). It’s not horrible, but don’t go out of your way. This is next to my work and the only reason I may ever go back.

I’ve been to grab and go a couple of times now and have to say that I am pleasantly surprised with not only their food but the service as well. It definitely is Grab &GO… as in get the heck out of here because the place has a very very small interior. Perhaps 3 tables on the inside and a couple of tables on the out. The lunch hour can get a little crazy with the line extending out the door. Their ordering system is a little different than your typical sandwich place, IE: Mikes, Subway or Togo’s. Here, you place your order, pay and are given a number. Once your number is called, your sandwich is wrapped up in a bag and out the door running. Plenty of varieties of sandwiches to choose from and they are fresh and made to order. The ingredients are quality and the portions are rather large for a relatively small price comparatively speaking. Both time I’ve been here, I’ve only noticed two people working. The person taking the order and running the cash register and the guy in the back making the sandwiches. While the woman taking the orders isn’t going to knock my socks off by charming me, she is very efficient and manages to keep the line moving efficiently. I’ve noticed that many call in their orders ahead of time so if you’re really in a hurry, this may be the option for you.
