Here often and it’s not always the same. Since sometimes they give me a bigger one because the protein makes it bigger and other times they throw it away. Everyone should be trained to do the same thing

Just tried there new Lime Colada made with coconut water. So refreshing on this HOT day. Just right amount of lime now I just to be laying on the beach instead of going back to my office…

Found black residue in my smoothie this morning. Looked like a remains from a blender not properly being sanitized after use. To top it off the young lady with the short hair who worked the morning shift today had a little attitude and wanted to make comments underneath her breath.

Not happy people. At all. The flatbread I ordered was still frozen when they gave it to me. Nasty. Spend your money here when they hire better staff.

I asked for a tropical greens, and I’m still trying to figure out what it is they handed to me. The employe did say ‘tropical greens’ but this isn’t even a juice, she blended it. So I have 16oz of layered greens that taste nothing like the regular tropical greens.

Some miserable people work here. I wasn’t even greeted when I walked in, she didn’t say hello or ask what I wanted so I just told her. I’ve never been to this location before but I’m used to Jamba employees being very friendly and upbeat and that is not at all the case here. Also some terrible loud hard rock/metal type music playing which may have been setting the bad mood for those employees. And then I got the wimpiest acai primo bowl I’ve ever seen, I said something about it having nothing in it but she said it was the 12 oz. but I order these a couple times a week from a different location and never has it been so empty. She did offer to put more on top but between the mood in there and the terrible music I couldn’t wait to leave.

Jamba Juice is a great treat especially on a hot day. I come here or to Mission Valley usually for their steel cut oatmeal with bananas and brown sugar crumble! It’s pretty good! I came here recently and got a Razzmatazz with an energy boost. The service was good… the girl at the counter was nice. The smoothie was standard. Parking is free for 15 minutes for Jamba Juice or Starbucks, then you have to pay. You pay at a meter, then place the receipt on your dashboard. Not a bad place to park if you want to walk around Hillcrest since it’s close to 5th. I usually park here or at the Chase Bank nearby. I took off a half star and give this place a 3.5, because you only get 15 minutes unless you want to pay. I’d only come here if I plan on walking around or eating somewhere in Hillcrest.

Excellent costumer service and the drinks are always the way I want them. Epically from an employee named Archy, even with a complicated order never gets it wrong.

I’m not new to Jamba Juice. I’ve ordered the same thing at different locations and they all were consistent in giving me what I expected. I ordered their acai primo bowl at this location and I am really disappointed. The presentation was sloppy and the acai did not taste good. It had like an old blueberry taste to it. The presentation looked nothing like the picture. Of course nothing is going to look the same as the advertised picture but the Jamba in lemon grove does a pretty good job at replicating it. Where the heck are my strawberries? And this order wasn’t rushed because there was no one else in the store… Also customer service. I said hi, say hi back. You’re actually supposed to say hi first. So if you can’t be nice don’t work register.

Always very friendly & quick. I’ve been coming to this location for nearly a decade. I usually order the Acai Super Antioxidant & they make it perfectly. I’ve also visited other locations but for some reason, the version of this drink here is better.

Seriously? The slowest and depressing Jamba Juice store on the planet. The employees have 0 personality here. Their wheat grass machine is not working. so rather than communicating that to me, the employee is fidgeting with the machine. 5 minutes into I offered to just get a refund. I was given a refund with no eye contact not a sorry for the inconvenience, badly treated as a burden. Good luck in your career, but you don’t have one in customer service.

I used to frequent this location because it’s by my house but lately I have been driving out of my way to go to the point loma one, just due to inconsistency with their smoothies and employee demeanor. I don’t like my smoothies watered down, or my acai bowls for that matter and they seem to always run out of stuff.(like bananas and other fruit… Weird I know) The employees at the other location are much friendlier as well, I always feel like a burden when I’m ordering here and while at the other location their super friendly and have great suggestions and overall attitude. If I am paying seven bucks for a large smoothie I don’t want the eye roll, believe me I have worked retail and I was happy to have a job. Anyhoo if u have the gas $$ go to the point loma location… You can hit up native foods right after!

Parking here is pretty frustrating because there’s a private lot on the premise, but it requires you to pay. However, there is a row of reserved parking spots that offers free 45-minute parking for Starbucks customers. We decided to park there since we were just going to make a really quick trip in. My experience overall was like any average Jamba Juice. The staff there didn’t seem to be super excited but were kind, nonetheless. I went with my normal mango-a-go-go, which hit the spot on the super hot 90 degree day I went in. It was really tasty but the batch of mangoes I got were really stringy and they would get stuck inbetween my teeth while I drank it. I didn’t care too much but it was more annoying than anything.

First time here. Ordered the Tropical Greens with whey. Lee Ann helped me out and made a ton of recommendations. LOVED the blend she recommended and it totally helped my post workout fatigue. As for the story about the Jamba Juice adventure… As I walked out the door I managed to spill me entire drink. I walked back in to order another mix and they refused to take my money a second time. THAT is what I call customer service. They even ran my wallet out to me after I left it on the counter after my second visit. Clearly my day isn’t going as planned, but at least I’m all juiced up and their staff has my best interest in mind!

Really Jamba??? This location has very narrow parking. Big trucks and suv’s… good luck getting in and our of here. ok. to the drinks. I have had Jamba juice since 2001ish, my college years until now. I have noticed that this particular location that I have visited throughout my 14 years with Jamba, produced inconsistent taste. Quantity is another issue! how can you fill my cup only ¾’s up!!! I took one sip and said, «this is different.» Then look down and saw that it was not filled up to where it normally would be. And no I did not take a long ass sip! I was quite disappointed with the person who made my drink. They just don’t care. As much as I like Jamba Juice, think I’ll stick to water instead of visiting this location. Only reason I gave it a two star is because my friends drink was filled to the normal height and tasted right. Sad day Jamba Juice… sad day.

I like coming into Jamba for their steel cut oatmeal. I came by here early Sunday morning, but the oatmeal was not ready yet, so I took a stroll around the neighborhood, and returned 20 minutes later and it was ready. I ordered the brown sugar crumble and had them add some chopped pecans( ). The steel cut oatmeal arrived piping hot, so much that it burned the tip of my tongue. The oats were cooked well, with bits that offered a little resistance and texture.( ) The brown sugar crumble was very good, but they need to put more of it. The single serving on top was just not enough. The service was good enough. Not overly friendly but not ignoring also. I did noticed that they place could use a little face lift. For example, the high table along the window is quite worn down.
