Nobody in this building speaks English I swear, so frustrating. They are all Asian, not that I’m against them it’s just frustrating trying to communicate when there is a problem. They also took $ 20 from me. Completely my error but I notified the drive through cashier right away and she denied it! I saw the $ 20 under her screen! I accidentally over paid her and she didn’t give me the $ 20 back. I tried to file a complaint with the manager on duty and she was very defensive for no reason. Never going back there.

Was not pleased what so ever to find a DEADBUG in the chicken nugget happy meal I purchased today. Upon mentioning what I found to who seemed to be the lead/Manager… I did not receive an apology or some kind of surprise that it was found. The staff all looked like it was a usual occurrence. I was offered a refund in which it’s only right to do so. I am greatly disappointed in how it was handled. A supervisor called me 24 hours later to follow up on my complaint but kept insisting he did not know how a bug ended up in my food. His tone was as if. The restaurant is not at fault or I could’ve have placed it in my food.

I come here for breakfast every once in a while before work… 99% of the time the person running the drive through is rude and you can barely understand them due to their accent. Food is always fresh at least.

It’s time to replace the night shift manager. This McDonald’s is not following sop. I’ll be glad to see you go.

This McDonalds is horrible. The people that work the drive thru NEVEREVER get your order right. I have been here and ordered something, then to find out it was wrong, then we go back to get it fixed, and they GOTITWRONG Again. After that, we went back through so they could fix it for us. This time we checked the food before we drove off ANDITWASSTILLWRONG. This was an extreme case and does not happen EVER single time but it happens often. Better to go out to a MCDONALD’S off base

I went through the drive thru for lunch today. The service was crap. The lady that took my order was so rude, and acted like I was bothering her by simply taking my order. I asked for light mayo on my chicken sandwich and I barely got even a dab of mayo. They must’ve thought they were being funny, but I dont see anything funny with that. Ugh.

This is the nicest McDonald’s I have ever been to. The interior is really nice with soft couches and a very modern look. They have Coke Zero, all the condiments are out where you can get them. You don’t have to ask for anything. The restaurant is super clean and the staff is really friendly. This location is on a Marine Base, so unless you have access to the base, you cannot eat here.

I know I should not be coming here! but its soooooooo good ! During the hours of 0630 – 0715 its busy, then the drive trough becomes a parking lot from 1130 – 1300. The food is good, they do get the orders wrong often, or forget something. It is a very clean place and very presentable. The staff is polite. Nothing much more to say, it is on a Military installation, so they have to keep up cleanliness.

How the heck can a McDonald’s get four stars? Raise your standards people.

First off, restaurant is located inside MCAS Miramar so if you don’t have access into base, good luck. It’s great for a quick meal. The remodeling gave it a spacier and greater look. Free wifi makes it a good place to study as well.

Its McDonald’s. Not much to say. Plus side is its open 24⁄7. Negative side is service can be slow.

This will be the second McDonalds I have every reviewed. The only reason I wrote the last one in Fort Worth is due to the cleanliness, customer service, and overall ambiance of the restaurant. Likewise, I want to give a lot of kudos to MCAS Miramar McDonalds. While it definitely generates a ton of money by virtue that it is on base, the ownership has opted to invest and make this particular McDonalds a «café» McDonalds in addition to staying open around the clock. The new renovations are simply gorgeous and chic along with being an inviting place to just hang your hat and enjoy anything you may choose to order. Regardless of ambiance the service here has always been great. Every time I visit I am greeted by friendly and eager faces. Again, whatever ownership and management are doing please keep it up. I just noticed that the tea is now available for patrons to serve themselves and I greatly appreciate that. I get what I consider my «Texas size» of sweet tea with more beverage than ice now, which makes the grumpy Major happy. Again to ownership and management, thank you for taking such care in serving our service members in an exceptional manner. I have noticed it and I am sure others have as well(though they do not Unilocal about it).
