I took a funeral flower arrangement (another place messed up) for them to fix… The owner told me they did not offer that service but accepted to do so. I asked her if she could have it ready in 1 hr. (funeral was starting in 2hrs.)… It was ready in 1hr. and she did a wonderful job and charged only $ 30dlls. GREAT PLACE !!

Angel is amazing in how he goes beyond his customers expectations. My family has order flowers for my birthday 2 years in a row from him now. They don’t live in our state so Angel takes the time to text pictures to them to make sure the bouquet is exactly what they want. I have to give kudos to them at Nieblas Flowers! The arrangement is always magnificently amazing! Angel, you rock!!!

Called in to place an order. The gentleman who answered was very patient and answered all of my really silly questions (and I should know answers to the questions I asked) but he never judged. He was kind and gave me options.
Their store is only a couple of blocks away from mine, so offered to deliver same day for an additional $ 7. :)
I will keep that in mind.
I arrived to pick up my order in about 15 minutes and he was almost done wrapping a beautiful bouquet of a dozen colorful roses.
They had such a strong rose aroma! It was exactly what we needed for only $ 25.00.
They have made a customer for life. :)

It was my mom’s birthday and I decided to get her flowers last minute. Oops! After searching for places on Unilocal for hours, I decided to stop here because it was closer to me. I was bit skeptical because the reviews had no pictures. I had called beforehand to make sure they were open. The guy who answered was very helpful. (They close at 8 btw.) When I got there I browsed around and even though there were pretty arrangements on display, I decided to ask for a different arrangement. I showed the lady (most likely the owner) a picture of something I was looking for and if she could arrange something similar. Not only did she make it at my price range, she made it even better than I had imagined. That was the most beautiful flower arrangement I’ve ever gotten my mom. Other places would have charged me $ 50 and this place charged me $ 30. Thanks to Niebla’s my mother is very happy!

If you want to do business with a local place; one that conducts business with integrity and sincere commitment to serving their customers, then look no further for your flowers. I live in northern California, and wanted to have flowers sent to a relative in Imperial Beach. I called many places, including the corporate flower delivery places, and no one could deliver that same day (a Saturday), even though many websites had a link for «same day delivery». Luckily I found Nieblas phone number through GoogleMaps and called. I spoke with a very sweet and helpful man who patiently wrote down what I wanted. I just set a dollar amount (and by the way their prices are VERY reasonable), and asked for at least 6 dutch iris (her favorite) and then gave him creative license — whatever they felt looked good to create a very colorful, very happy bouquet. He carefully confirmed all the details and said it would be no problem to have it out this afternoon. Then — get this — he said «I will make the bouquet and then text you a photo of it so you can see if you like it». Talk about amazing customer service and a man who takes pride in doing business the right way! No; correction: BETTER than the right way! I’ve never had anyone offer that kind of personalized attention, have you? As promised, I received the texted photo of a lovely bouquet, as well as a very similar photo a little while later from my relative who said, (and I quote): «Thank you for the lovely flowers! They blew me away — just exquisite!!» Well done, Nieblas! And thank you!

Just picked up some flowers for Mother’s Day, and for practically every other holiday where a member of the family or friends needs flowers, and this place always delivers! Make sure to ask for Angel, he runs the shop and will always make a good deal, for sure. Pretty much the only flower shop in the area, and a great selection at that. Highly recommended.

Decent prices and they have a variety of flowers. I always shop at this place. Staff are friendly and try to help you find something on your price range.

Great and friendly service. They’ve done all my flower arrangements for the last five years including my wedding. Very pleased with each. And price is reasonable. This will continue to be my florist.

As ANOTHER tidbit about this dump, my own mother tried to buy flowers here (despite my objections) and TWICE, she went in the middle of a weekday to find that the store was CLOSED. No hours are posted, no «went to lunch back in 1 hour» sign, NOTHING. Wow. Reeeeeally professional. Hope this is a sign this place is on its way to BANKRUPTCY.
