Pier Pressure Yacht Party

Sounds exciting on the 4^th of July event that we went too but wasn’t as great as we expected. Expect long lines for the open bar drinks and the stale appetizers they were serving that we could never get our hand too. Although, The fireworks was spectacular seeing it close which was the only thing that we enjoyed. The 3 hour ride was a bit long think.

We bought tickets for the first pier pressure on 4 – 19 and they over sold so we weren’t allowed on the boat and they never refunded our money even after my boyfriend contacted the promoter.

Their «3^rd Annual Moonlight NYE Cruise,» was horrible! The event was all inclusive but it seemed like the bartenders didn’t get that memo because the bartenders wanted u to tip and if no tip then it wouldn’t be a good drink. So WTF did I pay $ 160 bucks for, asshoes! Some of my drinks tasted like plain juice with no alcohol and not to mention the LONG LINE for drinks. What’s the point of calling it an all inclusive event! The music was bad I don’t even remember the music and the most disappointing part was that there wasn’t a New Year countdown!!! The ship was suppose to board at 930pm but we had to wait 15minutes in the cold. I don’t recommend going to this yacht! Not worth it. Last year I went to the Hilton event paid a little less than these tickets and it was way better, there was unlimited alcohol and no lines! This place should give me my money back, ugh!

I found a new place for the summer to become a regular. My friend got us $ 10 presage tickets to pier pressure yacht party for two of our friends birthday. We came ready to party unfortunately the djs were stale but since we came to party there was no stopping us from making the best of it. Nobody was dancing until we started and started dragging onlookers in to the mix so you would think the dj would thank us for livening up his dry crowd. Nope. He was cocky and horrible. He kept playing old rap songs. Lucily, we got drunk and made it work but still wish he would of played our favorites we requested. That was the main reason I gave low scores. When you have a crowd that’s buying two plus bottles and hyping up the rest of the crowd and getting them to participate you should definitely cater to them. The boat was far from fancy and drinks the bartender made us were weak. Best decision of my life was not wearing heels. I was able to be comfortable and enjoy myself as much as I could while on the huge dance floors. Some trashy girl attempted to steal my friends phone which was odd where was u gonna go. As if we were not going to find you. The girl knew better to give the phone back but it was still a mood killer while we were trying to celebrate and have a good time.
