Pad Thai is so good here. They put chicken and shrimp. I’ve already had their Pad Thai twice. I will be back for more and to try other dishes.

Wow they have really slid downhill. Restaurant looked worn out, door was wide open instead of using air conditioning and the place was full of flies. My pad Thai and curry were very oily and I had a long dark hair in my food. Cannot believe their prices either. $ 10 for 14 ounces of pad Thai and $ 10 for a 18 ounce container of curry/rice. Bad show all around.

5Love this place… the good is good and the service is excellent… I usually get the pad Thai and my friend gets the pad see ew. Both very good. I love their spring rolls as well… they slice them up into bite sizes pieces and makes it easier to share… the peanut sauce that is served with them is simply amazing… Id buy it separately but don’t think they sell it that way… You can order your food as spicy as you want it and they also have spices you can add afterwards as well… I’ve never had anything here I didn’t like… I’m not a big curry fan but I like theirs. They have a rewards program so make sure you sign up to start getting your rewards… I’ll definetly be back. They have Happy hour with 20% off during the week I think it’s from 4 – 6. Definetly worth checking out Happy eating.

I ordered through GrubHub and my order was delivered right on time. Pad see ew was so good!!! The vegetables tasted so fresh and the sauce was a little thicker than most places’ sauce which is great because the noodles don’t feel watered down or soggy. Would definitely recommend

Eat-in or take-out, the food is served in to-go containers with plasticware, and the presentation is not helped by that fact. For all the anticipation I had in arriving at your location, this was quickly squealched. My buddy and I were meeting for a quick bite to touch base on projects in progress. We both became hooked on Som Tom about the same time, while we were both in undergrad 20+ years ago. I arrived at the restaurant a few minutes ahead of him, placed my order and settled in at a table to await his arrival. 4:45 pm, 5 minutes behind me, he arrives, walks in and approaches the counter. He orders Som Tom as well. Unfortunately, I have ordered the last just prior to his arrival. It is mid-week, before dinner; how do you run out of an ingredient during normal business hours that is available within 2 miles at multiple locations? While I have ordered the last of the available item, it is my hope that this will mean a portion large enough to share and enjoy. Unfortunately, my hopes have been dashed by a ‘scrape the bowl’ presentation. A properly made Som Tom has notes of sweet, sour, salty and spicy that combines with the crunch of the bruised papaya, the smooth of the tomato and the cool of the total combination to make for an explosion in your mouth. This was fresh some hours before. It had time to oxidize in a stainless steel bowl and pick up a metallic tinge. Properly prepared in a mortar and pestle, the luxury of time before serving is extended. As this is a fast-food presentation, the speed takes away from the quality. There is no subtlety to this preparation. It was produced in bulk for distribution over a period of time. The subtleties of an individual preparation can rarely be derived from such a quantity consideration. If this is your salad, I am hesitant to try your cooked presentations. Sorry, Rakadeka…2 strikes means you are out.

Yummy, Fresh, Fast! I had them deliver via the app and it was the fastest delivery I have ever had. The food was really good. I had the drunken noodles with Chicken and Tom Yum soup. The temperature was perfect. The chili heat was appropriately added(3⁄10). The styrofoam containers looked a little cooked with the food, but the food was so affordable I can imagine that better to-go containers would hike the food cost. Small price to pay for such delicious food! I will definitely go back!

Decent Thai food for the area. The restaurant is more of a pickup place. Very small inside. Food was good and definitely didn’t disappoint! The service was good. We will definitely will go back in the future!

This past Friday I ordered lunch from here because my coworker said their food was amazing — and she was right! I called ahead for pick up and the food was ready right as I arrived. This location had decent parking, a clean restaurant, and very friendly staff. I ordered the Pad Thai with chicken and shrimp — best decision! Their shrimp and chicken were tasty, plus they put a decent size of both proteins. Granted I can eat a lot, and I was stuffed for lunch, plus had leftovers to eat some for dinner. I’ll definitely be ordering from here again because they serve large portions, have delicious Pad Thai, are decently priced, and make it so easy to order.

Ra-Ka-De-Ka is a little gem of a place that’s great for dine in or take out. There is seating both inside and out although not for a large group and the staff at the location just off Mission Gorge are amazing. Everything on the menu is so good. From the salad rolls to the beef and broccoli or the spicy noodles. I have never had anything I didn’t like. The dinner portions are always enough for two people and their Tom-Kha soup is absolutely delicious! It’s enough to fill you up just by itself. If you are looking for a great take out or dine in, try this place out. You will not be disappointed!

HOPETHEOWNERREADSTHIS! I can not stress enough how BAD their service is here. The girls who work the register are rude, unpleasant and plain out unbearable. I have a feeling their dad owns the shop because there is just no way someone can be that bad at their job and not get fired. They act like you are bothering them if you ask them a simple question, they have no personality and God forbid they ever smile at anything other than their cell phones. Food is good but honestly it’s worth it to go somewhere else. I only go here because it’s literally down the street, but I think their attitudes are just too much to deal with.

This is a quick and great spot to grab thai food! Their lunch special is great and they have great portions. You get a soup, salad, egg roll, and choice of entrée. And their thai tea is yummy too!

I happened to be in the area, since my hospitals right across the street. They don’t open until 11am, so if I plan it out right I head over here for an early lunch. I’ve ordered the yellow curry with chicken; which also comes with white or brown rice, salad and an egg roll. You can specify on how spicy you want it, I just went with mild. That way I can add spicy to it as I go. The consistency of the curry is runny and comes with onions, carrots and the like. My go to is also the tofu veggie rolls; which come with a yummy peanut sauce. My mom ordered the sweet and spicy shrimp. Also we ordered them as a lunch meal which comes with soup. I didn’t try the soup personally; it looked watery and the smell of it kind of turned me off. The restaurant only has about four tables on the inside but a couple tables on the outside as well. The staff was also decent. The first time I went there; there were two staff sitting at a table next to us putting on their makeup. I’d prefer that they go do that in the bathroom, not while I’m enjoying my lunch.

After my last visit I have decided NEVER to eat at this restaurant again. And, dear manager, I’m afraid to say is all because of your rude employee. For the most part I have had good experiences. Today I had something happen that I will not be able to get past– on a human decency level. I ordered over $ 20 worth of food. I sat in the restaurant and ate with my little newborn baby in the stroller by my table. When I was done I got up to leave. I asked the girl sitting at the table who had a Ra Ka De Ka t-shirt on if she could please help me with opening the door since my hands were full of leftovers and pushing a stroller with my baby in it. She actually gave me a dirty look and looked up from her cell phone side, and after a pause reluctantly got up and pushed the door open. She seems so aggravated at me and didn’t even make eye contact that I asked her what’s wrong? I’m sorry to make you get up I said. She snapped back«I’m on break!» I was so upset when I left I actually asked to speak to the manager. The«manager» who was actually her friend who was chatting with her the whole time I was there had the nerve to say«Well she opened the door didn’t she?» I’m not sure what culture this is from but I have never been treated so poorly by someone wearing a shirt representing the company that they work for — break or no break! I eat at this restaurant 1 to 3 times per week. I order delivery and I also dine in and use the takeout service for me and my family. I vote with my dollar and therefore Ra Ka De Ka you will no longer be getting any of mine. There are plenty of other restaurants where customer service is a priority and any of their employees would be more than happy to open a door for a new mother and her infant child with a smile. Just to punctuate let’s do the math… $ 35 average per week in sales x 52= $ 1,852. Next! — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — I have eaten the year so many times I can’t even count them on both hands so it’s about time I write my review for them :) They have both dine in & carry out or you can even choose delivery on a cold rainy day and have them bring you some spicy hot soup to warm you up. My favorite menu items are as follows: Chicken pad thai Tom Ka soup with shrimp Satay chicken Thai iced tea Fresh spring rolls Make sure you join the five — star rewards club. After a few visits, you can earn enough points to get a free entrée or other things like drinks or T-shirts. The staff is very friendly and attentive. They only recommendation that I could make is to answer the phone more often because sometimes it rings and rings when you try to call for delivery and they are just too busy to pick up. And…I wish they had mango sticky rice!

I consistently have bad experiences here. The ONLY reason I order from here is because they deliver to my work. Late. Every time. Service sucks, the food is always meh, and I’ve watched the staff go from eating at a table to cooking without ever washing their hands. There’s usually a table by the door full of employees/employees friends, and they always seem annoyed to have to get up an work. Today I got delivery. It was 30mins late, and I had to call and get a refund on my soup because it tasted like rotting fish. It literally made me gag. No more, ra ka de ka, no more. I’m out.

I usually come here on Wednesdays after dance class. I always order the chicken satay$ 6.95 and a Thai iced tea ~$ 3. It’s a fast food restaurant with no waiter service which is rare for Thai food. I like that it’s quick and you don’t have to go to a sit-down restaurant just for Thai food. Mmmmmm craving Thai Iced tea now :)

Today I got the yellow beef curry lunch special. It comes with soup, salad and a veggie roll. I didn’t want soup so they gave me more salad. It was still a very generous serving size. When I get their dinner size I have a hard time finishing it. Today I finished my food and I’m not overly full. I’ve been here many times and I’ll continue to come back.

Went here for lunch. I had a chicken vegetable stir fry with brown rice and a lemonade to drink. I absolutely love the food here. The chicken was cooked along with broccoli, mushroom, snow peas and carrots. The flavors blended well together. I also had it with a big scoop of brown rice. The brown rice was not tough. It tasted very flavorful and was moist as I chewed my rice and ate it with the chicken stir fry. Taste was perfect. They cook the food fresh behind the counter. The food comes out to you by the person tending the register. The guy was polite and asked us if we needed anything else. They greeted us as we walked in and handed us a menu. I really like how they treat you well with the customer service. There is seating inside and outside. There was no air conditioning in here but there was a rotating fan that was blowing. I would still come here to eat cause the food is great and delicious. My husband also had a coupon which was even a better deal. I would come back! I highly recommend this place!
