Rancho Bernardo Racquet Club Apartments

I currently live at these appts and I would not recommend them to anyone. I have worked closely with Verna the manager and she is very rude and not helpful unless you are in her «club» of tenants. Very discriminatory to tenants. When major maintenance is needed no communication about what is being done. No understanding about animals in the apartment for routine pest control (I was asked 12hours prior to a pest control spray to have my cat out of the apartment for 8hours… I would an 8 to 5 job just like everyone else and this was completely unreasonable to ask me to have my cat out of the house the entire day without even 24hour notice)
If you rent a one bedroom apartment you are only given one parking spot whether or not you need another spot or not, you have no option to pay for another spot. You are absolutely not allow to park in the visitor parking even though there are about 12 spaces and they are always being used by tenants due to lack of spaces to park on the public street. Verna seems to let some tenants get away with parking in visitor parking with no issues, (I was towed my first morning living here, as there was no parking on the street so I parked in the visitor seeing as I worked at 8am I did not see this being an issue and there were multiple spaces open. A notice was put on my car around 8pm and my car was towed at 6am I wasn’t even given a chance to see the notice… also Verna the manger had my car information she could have checked the vehicle and notified me as it was my first occurrence, but instead my first experience was paying a tow company to get my car back)
I am continuing to have issues and cannot seem to find out who the OWNER is so this can go to the correct personal! if anyone can help please reach out
