I bought a philly cheese steak with chili cheese fries at this place. I should of looked at the reviews before I even order food from here. After I ate the food, I ended up getting a stomach and I threw up twice. I felt that I must have gotten food poisoning. I will NEVER return to this Fast food restaurant ever again.

Their cheese and chili fries was not good. The fries was just in a puddle of cheese and a tiny amount of chili. Not what I pictured it. And I think the fries wasn’t cooked correctly.

Oooooh my!!! The food, DELICIOUS! It’s American grill food(hot dogs, fries chicken strips) but man is it GOOOOD!!! Also, the customer service is amazing!!! The lady(younger female) taking orders was soooo nice! We had a special request for our picky toddler and they were so helpful! THANKYOU Seaport Grill for being the ONLY place in the food court that will make us come back! If it weren’t for the SP Grill we would not come back to Seaport Village food court again. You guys rock!!! Thanks again!!!

Omg! I would not take my dog here to eat. Basically rubber food that has been heated up. I would view this as a tourist trap. If you have the time go to Bluewater seafood market. That place was packed constantly.

I love this place. Once a year when I am in San Diego I have to get my eggplant sandwich. Even if I had to walk blocks in the heat to get my sandwich, which I did, it is well worth it. I love this place.

Shout out to the seaport grill! Probably one of the worst places I’ve ever had the pleasure of choking down my food at. This place is a joke! I’m pretty sure the manure that they were using for the planters would have been better to eat than the crap they served me. Greasy Philly, old fries, frozen chili, I’m pretty sure the nacho cheese was yellow colored water, and saving the best for last, drum roll please… counted about 5 – 6 hairs in both my sandwich and fries, I’m pretty sure the guy was getting a hair cut while cooking my food! Worst $ 17 I’ve ever spent in my life. Please head this warning avoid this place at all cost, but if you absolutely have to eat the landscapers mulch one a week try and figure out that schedule and plan accordingly.

We came to Seaport Village with some friends and were trying to figure out a good place to get some grub. After looking at the menus of several places we decided upon the Seaport Grill. The menu here is large and varied ranging from burgers aand sandwiches to hot wings and salads. Me being a huge fan of wings considered these a «must try» and placed my order. The wait time herr was ridiculous. Everyone else in my group had ordered and already sat down and began eating while I sat at the counter waiting, and waiting. Numerous other people wewere called up for their orders before I finally got my order. As I sat down to eat the wings they tasted very reminiscent of the packaged variety you can but at the supermarket and microwave at home. The wings themselves were cooked nicely but completely flavorless and the cup of sauce that is given on the side was jo help. If I do decide to come back you can bet your bottom dollar I would try something else. Give then a try at your own risk but rhe food for me was bland and just simply not very good.

I have to be honest and say this place doesn’t even deserve one star. When I was younger I loved stopping by this place for the chili cheese fries. I stopped by today to share with my boyfriend the fries I once remembered, only to find a revolting experience. The fries were not cooked completely(cold in the center), the cheese was watered down, and the chili had no flavor. This large bucket of fries was only filled half way and it was over priced. I spent a total of $ 9.00 for a horrible bucket of fries and a small drink. My stomach has been turning since I left. I will never go back. Beware.

Stood in line for a Philly cheese steak and first guy ignored us then a women showed up and took the order of the white lady behind me then walked away. It’s sad to see there are still restaurants like this.

Good fried fast food in the Seaport Village. Hot wings, hot dogs, chicken tenders, fries, etc. It does the job and the staff was friendly and nice. Food was ready in good time and piping hot. Did I mention the yummy chicken wings? Must order!

Just right outside of our hotel. We decided to try this place. We only ordered the chicken wings(hot), but they were amazing! They fry the chicken, a little salted and have the hot sauce on the side. I’m not sure what sauce it was, but it was great! The service was good, location was good. It’s at Seaport Village behind the Manchester hotel.

I rarely write reviews, but this place deserves a very low mark for the food. Palatable? I suppose, but it’s really awful. They clearly get by on the non-returning tourist. I had the turkado wrap specifically because the menu doesn’t mention rice(which is in every other sandwich offering) which is just a super cheap filler. I wanted a turkey, bacon and avocado wrap. Low and behold, the wrap came with an almost imperceptible amount of turkey, an even thinner slice of bacon and a small cup of avo, and the rest was stuffed with rice so stale I almost threw it out(and I’m about as far from a food snob as you can get). $ 15 for a crappy lunch? Try another of the tourist traps in the village and pray they’re better.

Cheaper prices for sandwiches around seaport beach. But tastes great. Normal service. They made a wrong one for me, but it’s fine.

This restaurant is a small establishment within the«food court» of Seaport Village. The layout of the place is a bit weird to me, as they had two areas to order from, which were their own opposing sides. I didn’t know which side to order or where to pick up. But I guess thats convenient for them??? I had a Philly cheese steak sandwich from here and it was good. Fries and onion rings were good as well, especially with ranch dressing. Seating is outdoors, and is shared with all the other neighboring restaurants in the area. Overall, I say 3 stars. Not amazing, but not bad either.

Came in today to enjoy a ohilli cheesteak first thing when we got to the Buskers Festival. Ate my cheesteak, lasted 2 hours and then had to head home due to severe stomach pain. 7 hours later still cringing in bed, throwing up and wishing I never ate there.

I’m surprised at the low star ratings from the other two reviewers. We had lunch here one day during a conference in the nearby Marriott Hotel. I ordered the Chili Cheese Dog. Added onions and jalapenos to it. Plus a bottle of cold water to drink. My lunch partner ordered something I’ve never heard of — can’t remember the name, bit it was some sort of Mexican Steak Sandwich. We ordered at a window on one side and then were directed to go around to the other side of the building to pick up our orders. Food took about 5 minutes or so. The Hot Dog was grilled and had nice char and caramelization to it. And was O’ so gloppy with all of the chili and cheese on it. I had to get a fork to eat the thick remaining toppings after wolfing the dog. Delicious! Should have ordered two of ‘em! My friend said the Steak Sandwich was outstanding — and he barely said a word as he was inhaling it — totally dedicated to the task at hand! I’d definitely come back here and try more food from this hole in the wall food stand!

We were in Seaport Village on a Sunday. Now, don’t get me wrong… I’m completely aware of the fact that this place is a total tourist trap, but I *like* to visit from time to time. That being said, we were getting a bit peckish around 1pm. So we stopped off at the west end of the Village for a bite to eat. After perusing the proffered fare, Mr. Brutally Honest and I decided to try the Seaport Grill. Sadly, we were not very impressed. With all of the other competition literally on their doorstep, and for the prices we paid, one would think that they might try just a tad harder. While the food was palatable, it certainly wasn’t anything to rave about. We ordered their bucket o’ whatever which came with a choice of chicken wings, chicken strips or onion rings(choose 2 of the 3) and some fries. We chose the chicken strips and onion rings to share. For $ 9.30 we were hoping for something edible at least. We also ordered ONE36-ounce beer, but ended up being charged for(and at least receiving) two. This however was fine… the price was decent on that at least. When we paid however, we found out we were overcharged for the bucket of whatever, although the beers were only $ 4.00 each. The cost difference wasn’t worth trifling over, but it’s the principle of the thing. To make matters worse, the service was pretty bad. On top of messing up the order and overcharging us, the guy was pretty rude. We ordered our food on one side, and were told we had to walk to the other side of the building to retrieve the beers. Fine. We find a table in the courtyard, and I go inside to get said beers. The guy comes over to the counter from the order window and looks at me like he’s never seen me before! I give him my receipt and ask for the beer; he tells me, «That’s going to be a while, you know.» Yeah, I know… but I want the beer! So I attempt to clarify: «Do you mean it’s going to take some time to pour the beer?» He looks at me like I’ve suddenly sprouted a second head, jerks a thumb over his shoulder and says, «I told you when you ordered to pick your beer up over there,» indicating a small, almost imperceptible(and easily overlooked) alcove next to/behind the self-serve soda machine. Chagrined I took my beers and retreated to the table. At least the cook was quick; we had our order in under 5 minutes, and there was plenty of food for two people. And as I previously mentioned, the food was at least palatable. All in all, if you find yourself at this end of Seaport Village and hungry, I’d recommend the Greek place, the Mexican Place, the Italian Place, the burger joint, the fish market or the deli before I would recommend eating here. My advice to the Grill: When people are beating a path to your door, don’t trip them up along the way!
