This store failed to capitalize on trending marketing fads. With technology increasing and use of social media increasing, this store failed to satisfy the demand of coconut milk for the strawberry acai refreshers. At 2pm on a Sunday they ran out of coconut milk and turned away dozens, possibly hundreds of potential customers for the day. Going forward, all Starbucks should adapt to increasing demand by satisfying inventory. Stock performance reflects this. Hopefully next time I will be able to try this drink.

Located at Fashion Valley Mall, this Starbucks is the tiniest ever. Don’t come here if you’re in a rush — your order will take 10 – 15 mins, and even longer on weekends.
There’s no inside seating which isn’t much of an issue since there’s plenty of food court seating, but there’s also NO room to wait for your drink. Everyone is crammed into a tiny little space and it’s a nightmare if you’re claustrophobic or just don’t like smelly people all up in your personal bubble.
My drink orders are a hit-or-miss here. I love Starbucks, but I pass on this store.

I remember when this place first opened up. It had more space. But due to some idiot from the mall management team, wanting to squeeze another store in that area, that starbucks was reduced in size and because of that you get longer lines, and the small space that is on the left side, with everyone stands around to get their order. Like a New York Subway and packed trains/cars. Someone needs to contact Starbucks headquarters and tell them that this situation and they need to change it or move elsewhere in that mall. I don’t bother with that starbucks. There is a coffee stand on the main floor of Fashion Valley Mall, with plenty of room to order and then wait on the other side for pick up. I think that one is Coffee Bean.

I’ve had about enough with this location. I’ve worked in this mall for more then 4yrs now & in this past month I have had some of the worst service at this location. I used to get in & out with my drink in under 3 – 4 minutes, but now expect to wait about 10 – 15 before you get your drink. They can take you order faster than they can dish them out. With the new «Order on the App» thing now, they cannot keep up with the demand. They are also spending too much time fixing their mistakes that I continually see them make them then getting the right drinks out the first time. Either higher more barista’s, re-train or figure out a better system. I no longer will return to this store & will share all that I have experienced with those from my work & maybe, Starbucks can redeem themselves. For now, adiós!

I’ll only wait in the line here to get my wife a drink. The lines here are horrific so I would never jump in line here for myself. Otherwise the drinks were made right and the service was good. Gotta love that corporate coffee!

Their drinks are standard of any Starbucks location.
It’s the only Starbucks in the mall and always incredibly busy so customer service is straightforward and fast pace.
Located right by the food court, it’s very small and you’re usually crammed in there like sardines with people in line to order or waiting for their drink…
But there drinks are still on point, so it’s all good if you’re ok with the long line and tight space.

They seriously need to have a bigger, or another, location at this mall. It’s crowded and the staff don’t seem to be able to handle the volume of people. The cashiers were good, but the people making my drink botched it all three times I visited this location while in the area. The short girl making the drinks also practically whispered the drink order so there was constantly confusion as to who’s drink was up. She also never made eye contact and never smiled.

I really don’t like going to this Starbucks because it is such a small, cramped location. I get it, it’s in a mall, there’s not much real estate, but it really isn’t a pleasant experience getting your coffee fix from this place. When it’s not cramped and there is no line it’s not that bad, but 90% of the time it’s not that way. Which is why after all these years, I’ve only frequented it once or twice.

I did a Mobile order today 20 minutes prior to getting there. Both sandwiches were ready but had to wait an additional 30 minutes for my drinks. There was about 5 people working but had people leaving and complaining that they weren’t getting their drinks. I’ve never had to wait an hour at any Starbucks ever in my life. This was by far the slowest service ever. I kept asking about a drink and they had it up on a high shelf. When I asked if that was a mobile order he said yes and I should of said something when I did about 30 times. They need to get their sh*** together! I will talk to a manager about this as well as the review.

They tricked me again! Worst Starbucks ever. Always 10 people standing around, Not making drinks. 3^rd time in a row messing up our drinks… which is crazy because we get iced black coffee. Hands down the shittiest service I have ever seen at a Starbucks. Been here for 20 minutes, there are 5 employees but only one taking orders and one on the bar. No one making eye contact or apologizing for the wait. How did these employees make it through corporate training?

Same Starbucks as every other location without the added benefit of being indoors to enjoy your drink. The lines are massive, which is totally reasonable, as the store is crammed in between a movie theater and an ice cream store. Nevertheless, a crappy location is a crappy location. If you are willing to wait in line because you’re absolutely desperate for coffee, or if you want to kill time while waiting for the movie to start and then downing the entire drink in one shot because outside drinks aren’t permitted in the movie theater, then by all means come here.
Otherwise, you’re better off hitting up other cafes or restaurants around the food courts here at this mall.

Awful layout making lines the norm. We waited in line for 10 mins just to reach the front and have them tell us that we wouldn’t make our movie 15 mins later if we ordered a quad espresso. What? Can’t make four shots in a cup in 10 mins? Ridiculous so we left without ordering anything.

Of course Starbucks makes good coffee. That goes without saying. However the set up in this place is bizarre at best. You wait in a line to order, then in another line to get your beverage and it’s super slow. I mean SUPER SLOW. I could drive home, make coffee, come back and still not be served. I get to the front and they tell us we can’t get 4 shots of espresso over ice in less than twenty minutes so we had to bypass ordering because we’d be late for movie. Ridiculous!

I’ve been to this location a number of times in the past and today was my most recent visit.
The lines are always long and then you have to wait again to get your drink. Total wait time today was at least 10 mins, maybe 15 or more. The store is very small and always cramped full of people waiting. When I’m at the mall, at least half of the time when I want Starbucks, I do not go due to the long lines and crowded store. The drinks have been made to what I’ve expected, which is why the other half of the time I will wait and go through the crowd.
Unfortunately because this is a small location that is super busy, they have at times run out of things and can’t make certain drinks. This has happened to me at least once in the past.

Today was my lucky day. I got my tall toffee nut frap for free. I was ready to pay my drink with my gift cards I got from my co workers from Christmas & then this random guy jumps in front of me & says I will buy your drink if I can get mine too. He told me that he was running late for work. He probably works here at the mall. I was like sure. I made sure he was going to pay my drink. He did. Wow! What a nice guy! What a way to get a free drink!
Anyway, my drink took a little while because there was a line going out the door. The drink was delicious! I have to admit that I am a Starbucks fun! My fave is the pumpkin spice frap, but is no longer available. It’s out of season so my next go to drink is the toffee nut frap.
I will be back Starbucks!

I stopped at this Starbucks located in Fashion Valley before heading over to a convention over at the Town and Country Hotel. I picked up one of my favorite espresso they make, the Americano iced, and venti that is, and the Chicken Sausage Breakfast Wrap. (

This Starbucks is quite small, but it still serves its purpose. At least my coffee was good and potent, even after it was iced. (
) The breakfast wrap was a little small but descent. The chicken sausage was mild and tasty, and egg white light and fluffy.
Service was friendly enough, but not at personable I have experience from other Starbucks.
